Newer home, construction completed in 2017. 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home sleeps 8 comfortably. Partial lake and full mountain views with large covered patio overlooking private heated pool and spa. Home is conveniently located for a short drive to boat ramps, lake access, shopping, and restaurants. 10-minute drive to Windsor Beach Boat Launch. 17' by 67' boat/RV garage with 14' tall by 14'9'' wide garage door (some garage space is occupied so please inquire if you need the entire space). Enjoy your time in town in the comfort of your own space. Whether you are playing in the pool or relaxing inside with your family, you will find our rental home the perfect place for rest and relaxation off the lake. All utilities included except pool/spa heating.

This is a very comfortable newer home. The back patio/pool/spa are beautifully landscaped and it has its own orange/grapefruit/lemon trees. The owners are very easy to work with and respond quickly to email inquiries. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to others.!!

Perfect place for quality family vacation!
The home is beautiful with all the amenities! The pool is great for little ones and adults. We also enjoyed the availability of the garage space. Great to have cars inside when it’s so warm outside. Also having the 3 rd bathroom was great. Rebecca was always available to answer questions. We will def be back
