Spacious, Ocean View 4 Bedroom Condo – Steps from the Beach

Margate Sur Mer is the perfect vacation destination for small groups or extended families. At over 3,100 square feet, this expansive ocean view 4 bedroom / 3 bath unit comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. The fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and 2 dining tables offers plenty of space to gather with family and friends or get away for a little relaxation on your own after a long day on the go.

The huge wrap-around balcony is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

Other amenities include a private balcony off the master bedroom, corner jetted whirlpool tub in the master bath, a full-size washer & dryer and so much more. With covered parking and a 24-hour concierge in the lobby, staying at the Margate is comfortable and convenient. Once you vacation here you'll want to return year after year!

Water amenities include a heated bi-level outdoor pool and a whirlpool. For a minimal fee, guests can enjoy a variety of fitness programs offered at the neighboring Kingston Plantation Sport & Health Club.

We generally accept 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) Saturday to Saturday. Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request. 3-night minimum Labor Day to Memorial Day.

The Margate Tower is nearby some of the most popular destinations: Barefoot Landing (3.82 miles), Broadway at the Beach (9.48 miles), and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & SkyWheel (9.63 miles). The airport is conveniently located only 13.5 miles away.

Great time at Margate 909!

September at Margate

My husband and I made a last minute plan to relax at the beach in September this year. We have stayed at the Margate once before in a similar unit. We had hopes that several of our children and grandchildren would share part to the trip with us. This did not work out this time. The unit was very spacious, clean and quiet. The location, close to the outlets and other shopping areas, close to many restaurants, etc. was much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the week!
