As they say, location, location, location!  This Breckenridge property is ideally situated in downtown Breckenridge.  Just 5 short blocks to Main Street, 3 blocks to the local grocery store, and one block to Carter park for winter sledding and summer tennis.  The nearest Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is just a block from the house; the shuttle comes every 20 minutes and goes to the Beaver Run area (Peak 9) or the Breck Connect Gondola (Peaks 7 and 8).  Be sure to try all of Breckenridge's 5 mountain peaks, they're all fun and unique in their own way!

This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is a perfect place for your family vacation. The living room is equipped with HDTV and a gas fireplace to cozy up in the winters.  The kitchen is fully equipped with Wolf stove, Subzero refrigerator, and outdoor grill on the deck for enjoying the summers in the garden.  The home is furnished with plenty of cozy and comfortable seating for relaxing after an action-packed day, including HDTV's in every bedroom

Excellent location with brand new amenities

We stayed for Easter Holidays in this gorgeous downtown home. Located just three blocks from Main Street you can easily walk to tons of restaurants, shops. Also, it is relatively close to the base of the Gondola and Peak nine.

The house is crystal clean. We were a party of eight... two families with two teenagers each. Plenty of room for all of us. It looks that the house has been recently renovated. Kitchen and bathrooms are spotless.

We would stay again at this property next time we go to Breck.

Well Maintained-Great Spot

The property was very well maintained. The "movie" room downstairs was nice and easily accommodated the eight adults in our party. All of the bedrooms were roomy with a private bath. Easy access to downtown for walking around the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay at another property listed with this company.

Great house for a family vacation

We spent a week in September in Breck to see the Fall foliage.Neither the Aspens nor the house let us down. We parked the car in the garage and walked everywhere---to eateries as well as hiking trails. there was privacy for everyone as well as big spaces in which to gather. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and eating in, and great eateries are only a few blocks away. The house had everything the description promised, plus more. It was lovely going down the street for our morning paper and coffee and returning to enjoy them on the spacious front porch. We highly recommend this house and will be back.
