The apartment is bright (triple exposure) and is located in a quiet street.
The apartment, renovated, consists of 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living / dining room)
It includes

- A large master bedroom with a queen size bed with comfortable mattress (160 * 200) with a convertible fireside (190 * 80) and storage
- A large room with a double bed with comfortable mattress (140 * 200) and a trundle bed converts into a double bed or twin bed with comfortable mattress (90 or 180 * 200)
- A fully equipped kitchen: multifunction oven, refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, an aperitif bar, iron and ironing
- A bathroom with bath + WC
The whole child equipment is also available: high chair, cot, stroller.

Guests have access to a multitude of subway lines (7 lines of subway 5 minutes walk) and buses that will take you to the main places of interest in Paris: L3/L4/L5/L7/L8/L9/L11

Direct access from CDG Gare du Nord in 30 minutes
You can also browse Paris by bike, thanks to the Velib station at the bottom of the apartment or car Autolib few feet away.

We are a couple of engineers with 2 children and enjoy to travel.
We used to live there for 5 years and 10 years in the area !
We got our first child here and really enjoyed this area for his quietness, the fact that it is central.
We had to move in 2017 because we changed our workplaces.
As a lot of families, we find the hotel difficult with a family and for sometimes dislikes VR because it was not as comfortable as our home. (not everytime the case), so this is why, we almost leave our appartment with all the furnitures we had.
So well located, could you be anywhere else?

Grate clean apartment in a good location. Close to everything by walking distance
(30 min to Louvre or Montmartre). In 3 days of our stay only few times we use a public transportation. Good restorants and grocery stores at the doorsteps. Highly recommend.
A great apartment in a good location. Easily accessible to the main attractions and the train stations by metro, clean. Only complaint would be that certain areas near the flat are a bit sketchy at night. I would recommend walking in the direction of republic and not the other way. All around a great play to stay!
The location is central to the Metro and buses. The owners and property manager are very helpful. Be aware though that there is a strict policy against noise after 10:00 and if you come back to the apartment after 11:30 all the lights will be turned off and you will have to find your way to the third floor in the dark. The WIFI worked well as did all of the other appliances. Overall it was good value for the price of the rental.
The place was in an awesome location and the information provided by the owner on local activities, restaurants and the metros was incredible.
This modern apartment in an old apartment building is a pleasant surprise. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Access to a wide variety of restaurants, market and Boulanger in the street corner with the yummiest pastries and baguette is great!
If you're looking for a posh location, this is not it. But if you're after an authentic Parisian experience, a stay here will add to it!
We wish we had planned to stay longer. Once we were inside and up the two flights of stairs (no elevator) with our luggage, we found a lovely apartment. Two bedrooms plus the living room pull-out provided very comfortable sleeping for our group of six. Laundry facilities were available. Only one toilet and shower. It was easy to get to public transit. Would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.
Ideally located in the center of Paris (10th), you will be close to all tourist attractions.
The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Canal Saint Martin and 10 minutes from the Marais.
Nice area and residential, close to many tourist attractions with opportunities for walking / shopping / restaurants. Most attractions are just a few stops by metro or walking.
In about 15 minutes you will have access to: Notre Dame, Sacred Heart, Louvre / Tuileries, Eiffel Tower, Centre Pompidou, Champs Elysees, department stores (Galleries lafayette / spring)

- Market St martin (fresh, open daily): fruits and vegetables, beef, Italian delicatessen, cheese, fish, wine cellar, laundry and restaurants (seafood bar, burger, Auvergne, restaurant Brice Morvent, pizzeria, catering German ...)
