Villa Ermitage is a beautiful detached 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with a large private pool set in mature secluded gardens of around three quarters of an acre.

Just an hour’s drive from Malaga airport the villa is located just a 10 minute walk from the busy little Spanish village of Cancelada. Here you will find a number of excellent local bars, shops and restaurants. You can pick up your newspaper and have breakfast, or just a coffee, at one of the excellent local tapas bars.

The house is well furnished and decorated in classical style with air-conditioning throughout.

A particularly nice feature is the huge lounge with picture windows overlooking the swimming pool. It is a very spacious properly, which would be well suited to a large family or group of friends holidaying together, especially as each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a dressing room and corner bath as well as separate walk in shower. The kitchen is large and well fitted and there is a third refrigerator and washing machine in the utility room.

WIfi Is available.

The villa has a new Amazon TV box which provides a very good range of entertainment (TV and Music) for the guests.

Surrounding the private 5m x11m pool there is an extensive paved area with plenty of room for sunbathing and a great garden with lawns where you can play games or sit under a shady tree and read a book. There is an additional large courtyard to the rear of the property for those that would prefer some quiet sunbathing time for a while

The front courtyard offers ample off street parking for your cars.

All in all this is a lovely property, which would suit anyone looking for a quality property in a peaceful location, but still with convenient access to the chic sophistication of Puerto Banus and Marbella.

Cancelada is a peaceful residential area between Puerto Bunus and Estepona. You can walk in 5 minutes to the village of Cancelada which has bars and restaurants. For more choice Estepona has a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops and a wide sandy beach with a fishing port close by where you can watch local fishermen unloading their catch from their colourful boats,but you will have to be up early for the fish auction!

The pretty main square has numerous cafes and restaurants amid remnants of old castle walls and traditional whitewashed buildings with their balconies of scented flowers. There is a good mix of shops and the area is particularly popular with families and well heeled British retirees.

For those seeking nighlife, the exclusive bars and clubs of Puerto Banus are 10-15 minutes by car. and the same for Estepona in the other direction.
