Studio apartament on the beachfront

apartments built in 2003 situated in the pedestrianiased area of Puerto Pollensa with a superb view of the bay.

It has an excellent location and comfortable equipment, it is at 20 meters from the beach in the town centre, you don’t need car for your movements.

From the beauty of the stylish resorts such as Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia along it's northern shores, to the more hectic lifestyle of the west coast and the golden coves of Cala D'Or towards the south, this wonderful island allows you to be as lively or relaxed as you want to be. This Balearic Island is one of fantastic contrasts, mountain ranges, unspoilt coves, sophisticated resorts, beaches, cities and beautiful rural country side.

Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa:- The picturesque countryside around Pollensa is a colourful mixture, bordered by hills to the south and dramatic rocky outcrops of Mallorca's northern mountains. Contained within ten square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollensa and inland to the quaint, historic small town of Pollensa itself. To the north the shores of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are fringed with kilometres of golden sand with water sports for the energetic or ideal sun bathing for the more relaxing holiday. Both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa offer a good selection of restaurants, ranging from cafes and tapas bars to fine dining. Great position, fantastic view, light and airy apartment, large outside space

Well appointed, plenty of wardrobe space. Lift to third floor then stairs to fourth floor.

Only criticism would be the bed which was a bit hard, and for our stay had a sheet which wasn't really big enough. But we would definitely go back.

What a view!

Great apartment in perfect location. It was situated right on the pedestrianised 'pine walk' only a few steps away from the beach, cafes and restaurants. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Amazing balcony and views. Patio doors back and front allowing a lovely sea breeze through.Good British TV and wifi. Would love to go back.

Excellent apartment

Studio Apartment B is clean, well equipped and has good quality fittings. It is spacious for two people.

The location is perfect. It's on the promenade, and very close to the main bars and restaurants.

It has two large balconies, at the front and the back. The front balcony has great views of the bay and marina.

The apartment is on the top floor, and is very quiet. It's on the 4th floor, but the lift only goes to the 3rd floor, and there are stairs to the 4th floor.

There is a very good wifi signal.

It has a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a hanger on the rear balcony for drying.

We did not need to contact Carlos for any assistance, but he was always available. He was helpful in letting us stay in the apartment until 17:00 on our last day.

We would stay in the apartment again, and recommend it to others.

Perfect for me

I stayed in one of the 4th floor studio apartments and it was perfect for me as an older, single, female traveller. I loved the design and the huge terrace with panoramic views, an electric sunblind provides good shade from the sun if you need it. All the fittings and equipment that I needed were there and all were clean and in good condition. The apartment was clean, comfortable and safe. Clean towels and bed linen delivered after one week. Lift to 3rd floor only and then two short flights of eight steps to the studios, just bear that in mind for heavy luggage or mobility issues. Rear terrace has laundry cupboard containing washing machine. Carlos is always ready to help and will attend to any problems very quickly. My only problem was that the Wi-Fi didn't work and that was fixed in a few minutes. I would love to return in 2016. Thank you Carlos.

Perfect base in Puerto Pollenca

Location of the apartment couldn't be better in the heart of PP. Views from the terrace are amazing - as promised - and there is another terrace on the other side of the apartment as well. Apartment is well kept and had everything we needed.

Carlos is very friendly, reliable and helpful - highly recommended!
