Our 3 bedroom apartment comprises of a large and airy living / dining room with adjoining kitchen which can be closed off. The newly fitted kitchen is equipped with combination oven/microwave, four hot plates, separate oven, a large fridge with icebox, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine. The Master Bedroom has a very comfortable, quality King size bed (which can be separated to make 2 single beds) with full en suite Bathroom. There are large French doors leading out from the Master Bedroom and Living Room onto a beautiful large 70 sq metre Terrace. The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with en suite shower room and their bedroom has a mezzanine level with queen bed above and single bed below, with en suite shower room. There is a separate room with toilet and sink.

The location is in the heart of Cannes on a small pedestrian street, just 2 minutes' walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the Palais de Festival.
I live with my husband and two teenage children in a small village near Guildford in the Surrey Hills. I very much enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside surrounding us, practising Yoga and spending as much time as I can with my family and close friends. We decided to buy property in the South of France as we wanted somewhere we could get to easily and quickly, with a great location, in a traditional apartment building, close to all the restaurants and amenities there are to offer and with a general guarantee of warm weather and wanted a sound investment. This is exactly what we have in Cannes now with our beautiful apartments and always look forward to our next trip there.

The apartments are very comfortable and give the feeling of 'home' but the best thing is the beautiful large Terrace which each apartment has. We have made the terraces to look like small gardens, with Cypress trees, Jasmine climbing up trellaces and bamboo plants which all help to give a sense of calm and make the areas very pretty and appealing. The large pergolas provide essential shade from the midday sun and it is so lovely to be able to spend a great deal of time outside in the privacy of our own apartment - right in the middle of a lively town! We enjoy sitting out in the evenings and having dinner and relaxing on the terrace without having the need to book up restaurants or eat inside the apartment. It is hard to imagine sometimes that the apartment is right in the centre of such a lively town when we are relaxing outside on our beautiful Terrace! It is a truly private haven for us as a family and we very much enjoy staying with our friends and using both apartments - thereby allowing us all to have our own privacy, yet to be next door to each other and have our own Terraces to use -it is just perfect.
The location of the apartments being situated on rue Freres Casanova, which is a small pedestrian street off the busy rue d'Antibes and also running parallel with rue d'Antibes is the lovely pedestrian street of rue Hoches, which is lined with coffee shops and restaurants. The restriction of vehicles is wonderful and so makes the atmosphere at the apartment calm and peaceful. The greatest asset are the large terraces. We spend many hours relaxing and having meals around our dining tables or just lazing in the sunshine reading a book and enjoying the beautiful sunshine in private. We then choose our times to go down to the beach for a swim, usually early in the morning or late afternoon. It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy and is our real 'home away from home'!
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is payable when making your booking. The balance of the rental plus the refundable security deposit of €1,500 per week is payable 60 days before the start of the rental period.

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely apartment which is luxurious and comfortable, and the owners, Shelley and Dav, have paid real attention to detail with everything you might need thought of, including hotel-style toiletries in each of the bathrooms. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable beds and the terrace outside is an oasis of calm. The location couldn't be better, as the apartment is right in the heart of Cannes, and you step out on to a lively street. Our holiday was made complete by Dave and Shelley's brilliant suggestions for restaurants and day trips. We'll be back!
We rented both apartments for our company's stay in Cannes. We were exhibiting at the TFWA exhibition in the Palais and it was such a convenient location to stay at. The apartments are super close to everything and we made it to the exhibition every morning within 5 minutes. The apartments have everything you could possibly wish for and are beautifully furnished, clean, huge terraces, charming, sophisticated and most of all comfortable. It was like a home away from home and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners make you feel right at home and are so easy to work with. Cannot say enough good things about these apartments! We would recommend them to anyone who is going to stay in Cannes.
Spacious, clean, high quality, are some of the words that come to mind when I think of this apartment. We had 6 people in our group and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Loved the separate showers ( water pressure was perfect!). Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet, we had no trouble sleeping. Location could not have been better...shops, beach, cafes, grocery, and train all within one or two blocks. It was a pleasure knowing we had such a wonderful space to come back to every evening and made our trip to Cannes a great experience. I highly recommend it!
I was very lucky to come across this hidden gem in the centre of Cannes. Its location is superb, with a supermarket round the corner, great restaurants nearby and only a five minute walk to the beach. It is the perfect apartment for anyone! The large Terrace with sofas and alfresco dining is a great added feature and is very rare in the centre of Cannes. The apartment is immaculate throughout and all amenities you could want are available. Although being very central it is also very quiet. You will not need to worry about noise. There were no disturbances either inside or outside the apartment at night during my entire 7 nights stay. Everything that was listed in the advert was exactly what it turned out to be and much more. The apartment has been maintained and furnished to a very high standard and its attention to detail very much makes your stay like a home away from home. The owner was extremely helpful and couldn’t be more accommodating, providing me with great advice for my week's stay.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
Beautiful Two and Three Bedroom Luxury Terrace Apartments located on the same floor (2nd floor) of the same traditional building adjacent to each other in the heart of Cannes.
Both apartments have recently been completely renovated and are situated in a small pedestrian street off the Rue D'Antibes just 5 minutes from the Palais de Festival and 2 minutes walk to the beaches along the famous Croisette. The rue Hoche runs parallel to the apartments and is also a pretty pedestrian street lined with coffee shops and restaurants with the Gambetta market near by.
With the apartments situated on a small pedestrian street there are several restaurants literally outside our front door. 50 metres away is the Rue D'Antibes made famous for its exclusive boutiques. Just 5 minutes stroll away is the Boulevard de la Croisette with fine hotels Palm trees line the promenade and beaches offering beach bars, water sports or just plain relaxation in the sun and azure sea. Stroll along the narrow intimate streets which lead up to Le Suquet and you realise why Cannes is home to so many artists who parade their artwork in the many galleries and markets. Visit the Fourville Market for flowers, cheeses, fruit, oils, vegetables, fish and meat (on Monday it turns into an antique market). The Gambetta Market is 2 minutes walk away and is open every morning offering fresh fruit, vegetables and wines, etc. - in fact all you need for the day!

This has been recently renovated and has a beautiful large iron pergola with stone dining table which seats 6 and 2 sun loungers. The newly fitted kitchen is equipped with combination oven/microwave, four hot plates, separate oven, a large fridge with icebox, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and en suite bathroom with bath / shower and WC. The Casa Nova apartments are both newly refurbished to a very high standard. Both apartments have large terraces ideal for entertaining or just relaxing in the sun. Recognising that a good nights sleep is essential all bedrooms include quality beds and mattresses as well as black-out blinds to ensure you will wake fully rested. We believe our apartments are of a far superior standard to the average Cannes offerings and we are certain that you will enjoy your stay.
The City of Cannes is situated in the south of France in the Riviera region - has a population of approximately 70,000. Cannes is famous around the world for the Film Festival. It is a luxurious city with a thriving tourist industry on the Cote d'Azur. The climate in Cannes is very similar to other Mediterranean countries. Temperatures are at their highest from June to September (20-23°C). However, April (13°C), May (17°C) and October (16°C) are still very warm. The mountains are a short drive away and offer spectacular cool lakes for canoeing, medieval villages and the Gorge du Verdon is Europe's Grand Canyon that has to be seen. In the winter, 100 km away is the Isola 2000 ski resort offering 120km of downhill piste that is fantastic for intermediate skiers.
