About this property

Come, Enjoy and Relax in our beautiful piece of PARADISE in the Florida Keys. The Executive Bay Club is located in Islamorada, the Diving/Snorkeling and Sport Fishing Capital of the world! This is a private, gated community with 24 hour security and easy accessible parking. The grounds have 2 tennis courts, heated swimming pool, club house, private beach and fishing dock.

Our two story unit was completely renovated in 2016. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a den, and a full bathroom with a tub. Flooring upstairs is brand new bamboo hardwood floors with updated baseboards and doorways. The master bedroom has a brand new king size mattress, bed and TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a custom closet and the upstairs bathroom is completely renovated as well. The den also has a walk-in closet and available room for overnight guests.

Downstairs, this unit is like no other in the complex. Our kitchen is set back in the unit. This allows for a wonderful open floor plan and easy access to the back while cooking on the BBQ and outdoor dining and family activities. Relax in our living room, that sports a big screen smart TV, dining table, and an open kitchen with a butcher block bar with bar stools. For the calmer moments, you can also enjoy some quiet time in our reading nook. Our kitchen is completely stocked and has a full size dishwasher, new microwave, oven, new refrigerator and new full-size washer and dryer. Our renovated downstairs bathroom has a stand-up shower which makes it easy to wash up after a beautiful day out on the water. The unit is fully furnished and we provide cooking utensils, dishes, linens and towels.

Impact windows and doors installed throughout the unit in 2019 and new A/C unit in July 2020.

Included are two child-size kayaks and a tandem kayak, for two adults, to enjoy. We also provide a sturdy wagon to transport all the necessities when heading down to the pool and dock.

We have thought of everything you will need to enjoy and make wonderful memories with your family in PARADISE!
