The 8 stunning villas, built with traditional materials and finely furnished are divided into two independent units, separated by a distance of 50 meters: a unit that includes three large villas of approximately 200m2 each, named Santa Maria, Naoussa and Lefkes and another unit that includes 5 villas, smaller, of 100 to 125m2 named Parikia, Aliki, Chryssi Akti, Agia Irini and Pounda. In the unit of the three villas, you also have the choice to rent both villas Santa Maria & Lefkes together if you are a group of friends that does not exceed 18 people, and have the exclusivity of its swimming pool.
The third villa of this unit is the reception of the complex. We are there to assist you at any time.
The privileged location of the complex allows the visitor to be very close to the city center but at the same time enjoy the absolute sense of the countryside.
Indeed, the villas are situated less than 5 minutes by car, or if one prefers to walk , a 20-minute pleasant walk along the seaside, to the village of Naoussa which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in the Cyclades and indisputably the hot spot of Paros, with its famous picturesque fishermen port, with numerous small restaurants , cafes, bars and clubs , all in Cycladic style, and finally with its lovely boutiques and shops, which remain open until late at night.
We are, I would say, an international family. We therefore speak english as well as french, fluently. Marilyn, my wife, born in Paris where she later on studied law, is half greek half french with also italien and german origins. After having worked several years in a french bank in Athens , as a corporate officer, she then chose to devote herself in one of her other passions and has opened a dance school. As far as I'm concerned I'm greek but born in the french Congo, in Brazzaville. I've made financial studies in Athens and I've been a financial advisor during a very long time but I finally took the decision to quit all this and to take advantage of life in a different way. Thus, I decided to built this complex, to leave Athens, to live half of the year in Paros and grow my own vines.
Marilyn and I have 2 adult children.
It would give us immense pleasure to welcome you and to give you advice on all matters concerning Paros.
Kyriakos Assanakis purchased this villa in 2011
Since my wife and I met in 1990, we came back every year to Paros to spend our summer holidays. First as a couple and then as as family. We really had a crush for this island. In 2008 we came across this land for sale and without having to think it twice we decided to buy it . A few years later, as a natural consequence we created this complex and built in it our home.
What is most important for us is that our complex combines at the same time a) the utter peace and relaxation offered by the vast flat expanse of 16000m2 in nature and surrounded by our vineyard b) the luxury of natural and elegance of materials and furniture c) the proximity of the sea and beautiful beaches d) easy access to the villas without bad surprises concerning your way up to our location d) and finally the proximity (1 km) of the picturesque village of Naoussa that we simply adore and where you find everything you dream of : narrow streets embellished by boungaivilliers, petites white houses, small fishermen port located near the ruins of a Venetian castle, churches brilliant of whiteness, charming shops remaining open until late in the evening, lively terraces of restaurants where you can taste fish, octopus and other Greek dishes washed down with wine from Paros or ouzo , night clubs, bakeries, patisseries, street market where you can buy excellent fruit and vegetables, and even a little Cycladic hypermarket that can cover all needs.
On arrival or when you wish we would be happy to show you around the village and show you the best places (without any charge of course) to help you feel right at home.
I stayed in the Lefkes villa from 22/08 to 29/08/15, the complex is situated in a lovely garden planted with flowers, with a gorgeous pool which is big enough for swimmers who wish to do lengths. I especially enjoyed keeping up with my workout in the pool.
The villa was decorated very tastefully, and I found the interior of the villa extremely relaxing because of its good taste. Overall, it gave me the impression of a much more expensive accomodation, I trully felt I was getting very good value for my money.
The location is convenient, close to Naoussa the busiest and prettiest village on the island. Having a car is better of course, but I did manage fine without one, even going all the way to Andiparos, as there is a bus stop 5 minutes from the villas.
The owners are adorable and will tend to your every need, while staying very discreet.
I wholeheartedly recommend the place and will gladly return.
We just returned from a blissful week at the 4 bedroom Villa Lefkes near Naoussa. The villa was spacious, bright and clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5. The pool and surroundings were peaceful and serene. After a day at the beach or exploring the town we always looked forward to returning to the villa. We rented a car, which I would recommend, and found it easy to get around the island. The host Kyriakos went out of his way to be helpful. He responded quickly to our inquiries and took a personal interest in ensuring our visit was enjoyable by taking us on a tour of Naoussa when we first arrived so that we could get our bearings. All of his recommendations for restaurants and shops were excellent. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to explore Paros.
We have stayed in many villas around the world and these ones are on the top of our list. We stayed at the 3-bedroom villa in September of 2013. Everything in the villa seemed to be brand new. The rooms, the bathrooms, and the pool were very clean and Kyriakos was an excellent host. It was a great surprise that he welcomed us with tyropites, Greek pastries with feta cheese, and he would be there to answer any question about where to go in the island. I would definitely recommend the place to a friend and I look forward to visiting it again this summer.
