This is a beautiful property in a very quiet area. We spent a week here with our three children and we all loved it. The owners are lovely and very helpful. Grocery store and beach nearby and it is easy to visit Pula and Rovinj from here. Fabulous!
This was a beautiful cottage and it had everything we needed to relax and enjoy. Everything was new and perfectly cared for. The owners were wonderful and the area was perfect for exploring Istria while residing in the beautiful countryside. I already recommended this cottage to my friends and I recommend visiting Croatia.

Villa Istriana is located in a small and peacefull village of Cokuni near Marčana. Villa is just 19 km away from the largest town on the Istrian peninsula - Pula. Pula offers a diversity of attractions to lovers of culture. The rich itinerary of its three thousand year old history, where every step you take through the old town is a landmark, begins and ends with the Roman amphitheatre. The historical sources give evidence of the dense population and tempestuous history of these areas during the ancient times. Marcana was first mentioned in writing in year 1243. in the act of Pula’s oath of loyalty to Venice.
