Villa Playa is a magnificent villa situated in front of the beach in Palma de Mallorca on a plot of 1. 200m2. 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the city center, is located in an ideal location for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca with all amenities at your fingertips: quiet and safe, with a street of restaurants of all kinds, bars, and supermarket 5 minutes walk.

With breathtaking views, Villa Playa has a large garden of 700m2 with private pool with sun loungers and a balinese bed to enjoy the sun on the island. It also has a front and rear porch with a table tennis table. It has a poolside barbecue for meals and holiday dinners and 7 bikes (2 for kids and 5 for adult) to enjoy the promenade along the bay of Palma whose bike path runs right between the villa and the beach and going right allows travel 10 km going by the cathedral (km 5), and going to the left also about 10 km to get to Arenal. Close has a bus stop (15) that very often in a few minutes takes you to the center of Palma. It offers free internet access, heating, air conditioning and a cot and baby chair. Also this year, access to park your cars inside.

It has a more modern two double bedrooms and one single, kitchen with island and direct access to the terrace, a spacious lounge with balcony overlooking the sea from where you can admire the sunset at dusk and an upper terrace with chill out. The other part is very cozy, with dining area with direct access to the pool and two double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. It also has Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Furthermore, it also has got 4 TV's, 3 of them with satellite TV to watch international channels, 2 washing machines and a dryer, filtered water...

It is the ideal villa for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of a residential area just 10 minutes from the center of the capital Balear.

Fantastic villa, great location

We had a great holiday. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and we loved all the outside space especially the pool. The villas were clean and very well equipped. The location next to the beach, close to ice cream bars and places to eat, as well as the local supermarkets meant we did not need to hire a car. We enjoyed using the bikes provided to ride along the path next to the beach. We would highly recommend this property.

Alquilamos las dos casa para ir con mi familia y todo fue excelente. Mucho mejor de lo que esperabamos, con muchos buenos detalles. Las casa estan muy bien y en frente de la playa.

Las duenas son muy agradables y nos ayudaron con todo lo que les pedimos.

Lo recomiendo fuertemente!

Fantastic family holiday

We were a family of eleven with ages ranging from sixty to a one year old baby, the villa is extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean, the pool area and terraces are equally well presented, perhaps a hand rail into the pool may be a good idea, any minor issue was immediately dealt with and the owners and management do everything in their power for you to have a nice relaxing break.

Didn't want to leave!

I went with my family as a group of 11 and we could not have had a better time. There was acres of space to be able to relax by yourself, and loads of entertainment on offer like ping pong, PlayStation, TV, bicycles, board games, Lilos... the list goes on. Stunning villas which were really well equipped for cooking etc, great location and thoroughly enjoyed the roof terrace which offers all day sun. Will definitely try to return in the future, thanks so much

Perfect location and spacious villa and gardens

Property was very exciting to arrive at as the photos just give you a taste of what to expect, but in the flesh, it's really special. So big, comfortable and well equipped. We didn't need to bring, shampoos, conditioner and shower gel, plus the welcome treats arranged by the owners were lovely! The location is perfect for the beach, cycling or walking along the coastal boardwalk which stretches for miles in each direction. The two small beach restaurant opposite were good for an inexpensive lunch/dinner and one does breakfast, but there are some lovely restaurants on the front going in both directions, our meal at The Portixol Hotel was our favourite and worth booking a few days ahead.

Whatever you do - Stay here, it's amazing!

Whatever you do, stay here! My family and I had an amazing stay at this house in june. Laura was easy to communicate with in the period before arrival and answered all my questions. At arrival she made sure that we had a nice welcome as she met us in person with cava and cake. The house was absolutely perfect, with modern and classy design. It is situated at the beach, and a 15-20 min. bike ride to Palma centre. It is several bikes at the house, so you'll have everything you need. The house did not lack a thing. Very well equipped with everything from beach chairs, toys, kitchen tools, barbeque, pool, ping pong table, sunbeds etc. We vere 6 adults and 1 child, and still 1 bedroom we didn't use. Nice and big, with several different hang-out zones. The house is also very child friendly with possibilities to put up a fence around the pool. One thing that is not so well communicated in the ad, is that the house is divided in two separat parts, one older and one modern and luxurious. Both parts were great though, with good standards. The older part might be a bit more child friendly as the modern part has a steep stairway without handles (very nice though) :). I would absolutely reccomend this house as it kept its promises, and looked even better real life than the photos. Laura is an amazing host and took good care of us. I will definetely come back as soon as possible!

Villa Playa is on the beach in the Balearic capital, Palma de Mallorca. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with direct access to the highway, what about our villa to all parts of the island.

The airport is 4km (10 minutes drive) and the city center. The area has a variety of restaurants and bars, pharmacy and different supermarkets just 5 minutes walk.

The beach has a 5km walk around the whole bay of Palma, ideal for walking, take a bike ride or skate.

It is without doubt the perfect location to enjoy a holiday in Mallorca.
