This luxury ground floor two bed/ two bath apartment is located in the new Persimmon Development. The apartment is easily accessible, with its large spacious hallway leading to the two bedrooms, the main bathroom and the kitchen/diner. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. The master bedroom comes equipped with a king sized bed, a TV, radio alarm and an ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds. The spacious lounge/dining room features a leather corner suite, an oak dining suite, a flat screen TV (satellite) and double patio doors opening on to the promenade with views towards Mumbles and Swansea Bay. The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven/hob a microwave, a toaster and a washer/dryer. The apartment has central heating and an allocated parking space.

Situated in Swansea Marina, the city's historic maritime quarter, our apartment is located beachside with superb links to Swansea Bay, the beach and the promenade. Ideal for walking or cycling, the apartment is situated only 5 miles from the beautiful seaside village of Mumbles, and from the gateway to the Gower peninsula.

The marina has many attractions around the dock, including museums, bars, restaurants and the newly refurbished leisure centre, LC2. Whilst the vibrant city centre is only a short stroll away, where you will find the famous indoor market, quality high street stores for shopping, cinemas, casinos and the abundance of bars and restaurants on Wind Street. The new Liberty Stadium is only a short drive away.

Fabulous place to stay. The review wants me to write more characters, so that is what I will keep do

Totally wonderful, it was like a home away from home. Everything you need is there and the location is wonderful. You can walk along the beach or just admire the view. The owner is an absolute delight to deal with and I would recommend this apartment to anyone. My only regret is that I did not have time to spend longer there.

There are restaurants nearby that were recommended by the owner and all are wonderful..:) To be honest the review wants me to write more words...but, to be honest I think I have said it all!

This wants more characters too...starting to think it a strange website! Fabulous apartment

We booked this apartment in Swansea for a family of four adults attending a wedding and I am delighted we chose the apartment route as opposed to hotel rooms. Anthony met us on arrival and showed us round and I was over the moon, It was everything I expected and more, meticuously clean everywhere and the photographs don't do it enough justice. It catered for everything and was certainly like a home away from home and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and we will hopefully return in the near future. Thanks to Anthony and Julie x

Love at first sight .. you'll fall in love with this place!!

When Anthony welcomed us to his apartment, it was love at first sight..I mean with the apartment ;) Of course, we took to Anthony too! He was very warm and friendly and welcomed us with a bottle of wine & chocolates plus milk in the fridge! This 2 bedroom apartment with an ensuite is beautifully decorated, very well-equipped and the cleanest apartment we have stayed in throughout our travels! It's really a home away from home.

It was very spacious for the four of us, we had very good sleep and enjoyed watching the Euro matches on TV while eating our dinners.

The apartment is located by the marina and beside the beach (you have a view of the walkway from the living room..what more can you ask for?). It's a wonderful walk by the beach if the weather cooperates. Unfortunately, it was the rainy season while we were there but it worked out well as we had such a lovely place to stay indoors in. We still managed to visit Mumbles and Rhossili Bay by bus which we took from the bus station (Tip: buy the Go Gower Day Ticket £5.40 which allows you to go all the way to Rhossili Bay and also take the buses to Mumbles. Do not buy the Gower Rider £5.00 which does not allow you to go on the frequent buses from the city to Mumbles). The bus station and city centre is an easy 15 mins walk from the apartment which was very convenient. There's a huge Tesco near the bus station where we got all our groceries.

We stayed for 4 nights which passed by too quickly. You won't regret staying here..it's thanks to previous reviewers' comments which helped us decide to stay here. Thanks Anthony for such a memorable stay!

A fabulous find!

We needed a base from which to visit family. This apartment was excellent. It's sparkling clean with better equipment than any rental I've been in before. It's in a convenient location,close to the city and the beach. Anthony met us and gave a warm, friendly welcome which included wine, chocolates and a card thanking us for staying there. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be staying again.

Excellent apartment stones throw from the beach

Myself, my 13 year old daughter and her friend all stayed here for 5 days. We received a very warm welcome from Julie with a lovely bottle of wine and choccies.

The apartment is amazing with all linen and towels provided. It really is equipped with everything you could possibly need.

The location is fantastic next to the beach and the marina. Within walking distance of pretty much everything. A trip to Mumbles is highly recommended.

We will definitely be booking this accommodation again. Cannot recommend this highly enough.
