About the property

Large quiet property of over 300m2 of living space, outdoor garden of 5000m2

The house opens onto a hall, with stairs and toilet in the face and left serving a large dining room adjoining a spacious living room with fireplace tufa stone, on the right, a kitchen with oven 3 gas and electric hotplate ,, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender etc, fridge, freezer, utility room with washing machine space to expand domestic and foreign cloth. A large separate bedroom bungalow (4 beds), bathroom with shower, separate toilet (scheduled for the disabled).

The floor has a landing with toilet, next to a large shower, on the right two double bedrooms, a large bedroom with a double bed (140), small wooden bed (baby), a large bathroom with tub two sinks. the other bedroom with 2 twin beds, bed couple small bathroom with sink. Then, on the left a room of 4 individual beds, sink in the room, another with 3 individual beds, small room with sink, plus a shared bathroom with another room with bath and sink, another bedroom sleeps 3, two close to couple bed, also with sink and a twin room also for couples. with bathroom communicating with the other room .. All beds have duvets.

Front of the house there is a large lawn with some nice trees to have a garden table in the summer and take meals in a shaded area. On the side a lovely big barn where the kids can play if it rains, with table tennis, possibility of toy ball, even for small cycling, etc ... Behind the house an exterior door also overlooks a large lawn with fenced pool, on the side, tennis 'as is'

Nous venons de passer une semaine à la Courtillonnerie et sommes ravis de ce séjour.

La maison que nous avons trouvée propre , l'environnement, la description , tout était parfait, aucune mauvaise surprise et très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Nous avons été gâtés par le temps d'où une utilisation de la piscine, bien protégée et bien exposée. Des petits lapins gambadaient sous nos fenêtres. Un terrain immense a permis aux petits de courir et crier sans qu'il y ait de gêne du fait que cette propriété n'a pas de voisins proches.

Enfin la situation au coeur des Châteaux de la Loire permet un large éventail d'activités. En ce qui nous concerne nous avons sillonné Loches et été au Zoo de Beauval.

Nous recommandons bien sûr cette location
