The building is historical and kept all the original design. It is located on a pedestrian street in the heart of Alfama, one of the oldest districts of Lisbon, between the Castle of S. Jorge and the Tagus River, a village within the city, live and still breathes a charming and timeless Lisbon, having survived the 1755 earthquake fully intact.
Discovering between medieval streets and alleys, narrow alleys, with sound singers enliven the neighborhood every day, is small squares, churches, traditional shops, grocery stores, crafts and typical restaurants where we sing the "Fado".
From Alfama you can easily walk easily to other historical areas of Lisbon, as the Baixa, the Castle, the Cathedral, the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, the Pantheon, the Fado Museum and the popular flea market. The trendy Lux Nightclub near the Tagus river is only 10 minutes away. '
