My-Villa is an elegant, modern Provencal villa fully air-conditioned, with spacious rooms including two independent stays. Main living area with three interconnecting rooms, including living room, living room and separate dining room with granite table for ten / twelve. Provision of quality and comfort throughout the house. The tiles in all bathrooms at the villa are Salerno, handmade, with the typical vibrant colors of the subtle Provencal panache - pink, mint green, antique white, azure. The showers are spacious, the powerful water supply. Hot water is provided by electric cumulus, double bound to provide a redundant element. All water charges are included in the rental price.

  • Each bedroom has French doors that lead directly onto a terrace, but the room 3 (for children) is protected by a wrought iron railing against the exit to the terrace. Bed linen towels are provided free for your convenience. All the beds are very comfortable with firm mattresses (no back problems for those who have sensitive back). Three double rooms have their own bathroom facilities. Bedroom 2 (double) is 3 bedroom (twin) share a separate bathroom. There is also a separate WC. Master Bedroom 5, 36 M2 at the end of the villa has its own private living room next. This room is furnished with a double sofa bed in leather, so if necessary, the room can be used as a sixth bedroom for 2 additional people. Or the room can also be used as a nursery for a child or baby, with the advantage of being immediately adjacent to the chamber 5.

Beautiful home, stunning views in a perfect location.

Just returned from a weeks stay at My-Villa, what a wonderful Villa! Beautiful location, in Rayol Canadel Sur Mer.

The villa itself is beautifully decorated and furnished in a unique layout, perfect for a family or group of friends. - plenty of room - modern fittings and equipment - air conditioned. Dog friendly too! The view from the garden across the bay out to sea is breathtaking. There is another terrace at the side which also has sea views. The pool was perfect and cleaned by the maintenance man half way through the week.

The owners Frances and Phil are lovely - made us feel very welcome from the beginning. Both helpfully explained how to use appliances and give pool directions before leaving us to it with a handy manual.

The location is just up the hill above the village - close to shops, amenities and local restaurants. The beach is a 10 min walk away which has a great little restaurant and sun loungers.

Overall great trip - we will definitely be back. Highly Recommended!

Prachtig villa met uitzicht

Het is een prachtig huis zoals de foto's het al verbeelden. Een supermarkt, bakker en de slager zijn op loopafstanden. Een supergrote woning waar drie families makkelijk in passen. Ook heeft het een prachtig uitzicht. De woning zelf was heel erg schoon, het is zeker te zien dat de eigenaren veel waarde hechten aan het huis. De eigenaar was super vriendelijk, ze hielpen ons met winkels in de buurt en activiteiten die we konden doen.

Wij raden dus ook zeer zeker aan om een bezoekje te brengen.

Le paradis sur mer

Le paradis existe. La preuve : nous l’avons habité pendant deux semaines en octobre 2014 sous un temps exceptionnellement splendide. D’abord, le décor posé dans une nature luxuriante. Nous avons tellement apprécié les charmes de la commune (Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer) et de ses habitants, de la plage et des commerces (en particulier celui du boucher traiteur, av. Frédéric Mistral, avec son choix varié et exquis de plats pour emporter). Par-dessus tout, nous avons adoré la villa spacieuse (5 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bain) que nous avons louée à des propriétaires infiniment sympathiques. Surplombant la Méditerranée, fort bien aménagée avec toutes les commodités modernes, la maison offre un confort rehaussé par la piscine creusée et les terrasses dégageant des vues exceptionnelles sur la mer, les environs et les couchers de soleil. Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour en ces lieux magiques que nous y retournerons cet automne, et cette fois pour un mois.

Un petit Paradis !

Nous avons loué pour Noël pour réunir la famille (9 personnes). Il ne faisait pas beau bien sûr mais l’espace spacieux de la maison et son agencement a permis à chacun de prendre sa place sans problème. Nous n’avons aucun mal à imaginer que l’été c’est un petit Paradis… vue exceptionnelle sur la baie depuis la terrasse ombragée.

Outre le confort qui est celui annoncé et même au delà, il y a l’accueil des propriétaires : vous n’avez pas l’impression d’être dans une location mais chez des amis qui vous ont prêté leur maison : bibelots, plantes, tableaux, livres, disques, vidéos, en anglais et français, jeux d’extérieur et de société tout y est. N’hésitez pas à dire tous vos souhaits, ils feront le maximum pour vous être agréable. Si il y a des enfants il y aura les seaux, les pelles, les legos, des peluches etc…Grande sécurité autour de l’espace piscine auquel les enfants seuls ne peuvent accéder.

Nous recommandons le boucher traiteur du village de Rayol.

A Cavalaire le commerce est dynamique ont trouve tout ce que l’on veut.

Pour accéder à la maison, il vaut mieux suivre le plan donné par les propriétaires à partir de Rayol car la localisation GPS n’est pas précise en raison de la déclivité du terrain.

Inutile de rajouter que nous recommandons chaudement à nos amis (du moins ceux qui apprécient le confort dans un endroit paisible et magnifique)

Beautiful bays, beaches - true gems, the sun casts a glance furtively among the pines, shimmering on the azure water. Halfway now bristling hills of cork oaks and mimosas, a bay that touches the horizon, framing a dramatically small group of islands in front, appropriately named the Gold Islands. Beauty that takes your breath away ..... Welcome to Le Rayol, a protected oasis, a jewel nestled among the golden beaches and lush greenery of the French Riviera. My-Villa is nestled in the hillside above Rayol, overlooking a magnificent panorama of the coast and the sea below. Swim in the morning in the Mediterranean, coffee Maurin des Maures, our excellent bar / restaurant, then go home after searching the newspaper, growing and bread for breakfast, and was returned through the butcher for some tasty thing for lunch. Paradise Found.

Activities and entertainment at the villa in Rayol and elsewhere. Located halfway between Saint-Tropez and Le Lavandou. It is an ideal place for a beach holiday with or without children. At the same Rayol you find everything you need for a perfect stay at sea - 2 beaches (both with restaurants), supermarket, excellent restaurants, bar, butcher, bakery, newsagent, hairdresser, pharmacy, gas station and shop swimwear. You have a choice - peace and tranquility of Rayol and its surroundings, or the most turbulent life of Saint Tropez, just 25 minutes. At Cannes, the nearest town (5 km), there are supermarkets, shops, casino and restaurants, harbor with boat trips to the Gold Islands, diving, sailing school. The nearest village is Cavalière, also 5 km to restaurants and beach activities especially for children. At the villa you can play bowls and table tennis. There are sun loungers, garden chairs that turn for sunbathing, hammock, garden furniture enough to enjoy outdoor living. And there is an ice machine to freshen your drink and you!

Activities for children: so many things to entertain and occupy children, family activities or to just about an hour away. We have a safe games, in the supplementary stay. There are two beaches in Rayol, lots of sand and water, plus our beautiful pool. The nearest beach is less than a km, 13 min walk by taking the shortcut, 4 minutes by car. Other excellent beaches close to Cavalaire (excellent port) Canadel Pramousquier, Rider, The Dimple, Aiguebelle and St. Clear. Many of these beaches offer pedal boats, water skiing, parasailing, windsurfing, sailing boat and more. All have fine sand, are monitored, ideal for simple activities like snorkelling. Also a mini-Port (15 min) where children can control their own boat, water park "Niagara" (25 min) with 7 slides, mini-golf (20 min) in an exotic garden, amusement park for children (25 min) with all the fun of the carnival, exotic bird sanctuary (35 min), OK Coral cowboy town (60 min) with shows and fairground children. You will probably find other attractions!

Other activities: botanical garden Rayol, local markets, boat trips, water park later in St. Maxime, bird sanctuary, choice of restaurants, wine tasting, relaxation!

Golf: there are three golf courses in the area: Valcros (40 min) a beautiful course where the villa owners play, Beauvallon (45 min) and Saint-Maxime (60 min).
