About this property

The apartment is on the first floor of a building in the historic center, within the city walls.
It has three toilets with a shower. You enter directly into the dining room, to the kitchen, to the living room with the fouton sofas which separately or together are 2 beds and to the bedroom with a French size latex mattress. Going up to the terrace there is a small room where there is another bed. The first part of the terrace is covered by a veranda, inside which there is the kitchen area, the external part is overlooking the roofs of the city beyond which you can see the sea, starting from June it is shaded by arellas.

La descrizione dell'appartamento rispecchia a pieno la realtà. E' molto centrale, ma tranquillo e non rumoroso. E' vicino alla spiaggia del paese ed anche al parcheggio del porto. La terrazza dà un grande valore aggiunto e ci ha fatto godere la vista di inpagabili tramonti sul mare. L'appartamento ha spazi confortevoli per una famiglia

Famiglia 3 persone, ottima soluzione

Appartamento fornito di tutto, la sig.ra Viviana ci ha fatto trovare anche il necessario per non correre a fare la spesa. Bellissima terrazza , da sfruttate la sera, con comodissima doccia esterna. Appartamento al primo piano, in pieno centro storico, zona ZTL, con parcheggio al porto vicinissimo a pagamento in certe fasce orarie. Spiaggia di Gallipoli a 200 m molto bella. Sdraiette , ombrellone e altro a disposizione in casa. Zona pranzo, sale e camera condizionata .

Ampio appartamento con balcone panoramico.

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione inserita nel sito. L'immobile è stato trovato pulito, in buono stato e ben fornito di stoviglie, elettrodomestici, lenzuola, asciugamani etc. La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile e contattabile via telefono in caso di bisogno. Essendo la casa in centro storico, è molto comodo il fatto di poter raggiungere in pochi passi tutti I ristoranti, bar, negozi che si trovano a Gallipoli. Ovviamente non si può raggiungere la casa in macchina, che va lasciata in un parcheggio al Porto di Gallipoli (5 min. a piedi di distanza), questo va preso in considerazione dalle famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Nel complesso la nostra valutazione della casa è molto positiva e la consiglieremmo ad amici e parenti.

Nel cuore di Gallipoli

Vacanza tra amiche all'insegna del relax ma anche del divertimento. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento della Sig.ra Viviana pulito e funzionale, situato in pieno centro storico nel cuore di Gallipoli. Cura del dettaglio nell'arredamento, posizione molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo comoda per vivere appieno, per due ragazze come noi, la vita salentina tra mare e divertimento. Consigliato!

ottimo!!

l'appartamento è ottimo! spazioso, fornito di tutto, in un ottima posizione, vicina al centro, ai supermercati e alla spiaggia, la terrazza è il vero punto forte della casa. la proprietaria di casa è molto gentile e disponibile.. se dovessimo tornare a gallipoli, sceglieremmo di nuovo questo appartamento.
