The holiday villa has a surface area of about 5and sits on a spacious plot of 700 - 1000m2. From the lovely entrance you reach the charming living room with a beautiful view of the garden. In the spacious living/dining room there is a comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV (incl. NL/BE/FR/EN channels), stereo/DVD and WiFi. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. In the pantry there is a washing machine and dryer. The four bedrooms each have 2 comfortable box-spring beds that are made when you arrive. There are 3 beautiful bathrooms (1 with bath/shower, washbasin and toilet and/or 1 with shower, washbasin and possibly a toilet). In addition, there is also a separate 3rd toilet. A large sliding door or terrace doors provide access to an exquisite and spacious terrace with comfortable garden chairs. The large private garden is a fantastic play area for children. A magnificent swimming pool awaits you. Enjoy taking a refreshing dip at any time of the day. The children will find it amazing too. The swimming pool is open from the last week in April to the end of September.
