The property was carefully redesigned to offer more comfort and a great sense of home, private garden with garden table and chairs can create a very romantic atmosphere or just a place to relax with a good wine. The house has all the facilities, dishwasher, washing machine etc... and a lovely coffee machine! The first ones are on us !
The benefit to be in the heart of London 2 minutes walking from Notting Hill tube station, 5 minutes from Hyde Park and Kensington Park 10 minutes by car to Harrods and Knightsbridge the most charming and luxury areas in the entire city is priceless.
We had a wonderful stay at this property in March 2017. The location was perfect for our family (myself, my husband, two kids ages 10 & 7, and my brother): short walk to Tube stop, grocery stores, restaurants, and beautiful Kensington Gardens. The property was clean and spacious (washing machine could stand a good scrubbing, but it's a minor thing and everything else was spotless). The property managers responded to my questions in a timely manner and were professional and helpful. We'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family traveling to London.

Our family of mum, dad, two boys (9 and 15), and grandmum stayed here for three nights before going to another flat in Westminster when we first arrived and our plans to travel to the north fell through. The beds were enough for us, but there are two huge sofas in the living/dining room that two more could sleep on as single beds. The flat is fairly priced and has great amenities and personal touches. We wish we would have found this flat first and stayed for our entire trip. The location is awesome. Even our uber driver from the airport was impressed with the location. Everything needed to sustain is in walking distance, Tesco, Waitrose, M&S. Kensington Street is a quick cab or little longer walk away for some serious shopping. There are main underground lines under a three-minute walk. If you are a runner or want to get outdoors, Hyde Park is just around the corner! The flat is quite as well (except for the front bedroom which gets noise from being on a side street). There is a pub right across the street and the Churchill Arms with its thai kitchen is just around the corner. The owners were quick to respond to our requests and questions as we got ready to arrive. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay in this property and the host could not have been nicer! Near great restaurants and across the street from a welcoming neighborhood tavern, I would certainly stay here again.
