Newly renovated and remodeled from the ground up. The house and pool have been completely remodeled and renovated. This completely walled property with lush hedges and palm trees provides privacy in both the front and backyards. A large pool and heated spa is located right outside the large living area allowing for an easy flow of indoor/outdoor living. Relax and soak up the desert sun in the private west facing back yard. Lounge chairs, dining tables, various sitting areas, and the stainless steel BBQ grill allows for the perfect outdoor retreat.
The private master suite has a King size bed , 50" Ultra HDTV, ceiling fan, and close access to the pool and spa. The master en suite bathroom boasts a large walk in rainfall shower with seating area, and dual vanity sinks, it also features a very nice custom modern deep soaking tub. Window shades in the master are light damping to insure a deep restful sleep.
Both bedrooms #2 and #3 feature an en suite bathroom with ample closet space in both.
There is a brand new fold out sofa bed featuring a queen size sofa sleeper. We also have a large queen size inflatable mattress for extra guests as well.
In the large gourmet kitchen with center island, you will find everything you need to prepare meals or serve cocktails. Appliances include a large refrigerator with filtered water and ice, a large gourmet WOLF gas range, microwave, and dishwasher and a trash compactor.
The large formal dining room seats 6 and is located right off the kitchen area.
Other amenities include a 2 car garage, washer and dryer, WiFi, and Satellite TV.
Guest access
You will have full access to all of the house, pool and spa. The heating of the spa is included in the price. If you want the pool gas heated it is an additional $10.00 per hour and must be paid in advance typically it takes 8-12 hours to warm the pool in late fall and winter. Pool heating is recommended from late October to April if you like the pool warm.
Interaction with guests
No one will be present during your stay but will be available by phone if needed.
The neighborhood
Movie Colony neighborhood. Just off the 10 freeway and minutes from everything Palm Springs has to offer: Downtown, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Palm Springs International Airport, golf courses, Wet 'n Wild water park, Palm Springs Convention Center, spas, shopping, restaurants, and the Spa Resort Casino. Walking distance to Ruth Hardy Park.
Getting around
Parking is available onsite. There are many car rental agencies at the Airport. Uber and Taxi service is plentiful in Palm Springs.

NEMA 14-40 AMP outlet and Tesla wall charger is located in the garage for Tesla and other EV users. There is a daily charge rate of $15.00 for to have this outlet turned on. Please let us know in advance if you required this service.
