Great place to stay
My wife and I stayed here with a couple of friends. Nuria was very helpful and gave us a complete run down of the place and town. They also have a very informative notebook of info there. The place was modern, clean, and up to date. The description should add that there IS a clothes washer there as well as a place to hang laundry out. That was very helpful for us as we had already traveled a long time before we got there. We stayed 5 days at the beginning of June and would go back in a minute if the chance was there. Donibane and adjacent San Pedro were great places to visit. The hiking was fantastic, restaurants, bars, and shops were great (visit the Atari bar next door), and the people were very friendly. We only took one trip into San Sebastian which was enough for us. The local small town feel of Donibane was much more appealing. We arrived by train, took the bus to San Pedro (No. 08, 09. The No. 01 bus goes directly to Donibane) and then ferried across to Donibane (0.80 Euro). The town could be busy with tourists in the daytime, but it was not too bad. I would highly recommend going here and staying at this very comfortable apartment. Thank you to Nuria and Jorge for a very pleasant time.
It has been a pleasure to meet you and help make your trip more enjoyable.
I hope we see you again soon.

Lovely accomodation in fishing village with easy access to San Sebastian
My sister and I enjoyed our stay in Pasai Donebane. It’s nicecto be outside of the busy centre of SS but the water bus and regular bus got us there very quickly without having the worry of finding parking. The apartment is very well equipped and a pleasure to return to each day. Lots of day trips within easy driving distance as well
We stayed here for six nights and enjoyed it very much. The guaint little town was a lot of fun, its not a real tourist town. The access to things is good, to get to san sebastion by bus is simple and easy. Would recomend it.
Thank you very much. We are glad that you have had a pleasant stay and can contribute to improve your holidays.
I hope to see you again on another occasion.

Pasaia was a very interesting little town to stay in.....
and this rental space, owned by Nuria and Jorge, is wonderfully done and a joy to rent. We made several suggestions to improve (little) things and Nuria is going to make these changes ASAP. You will certainly not regret your stay here. Rick and Joanne Soued, Phoenix, Arizona, USA
Just like the pictures, only better!
We loved our stay at this property and the village of Paisai Donibane. Jorge was very nice to us upon arrival and helped us find a parking spot. He even carried our baggage up for us! When we left he arranged an early morning taxi for us, which we really appreciated as we did not know who to call. The property is very special. The living room windows are a view to the life of the town. We saw musicians marching up and down the street playing the penny whistle and drums, a little girls confirmation at the church outside the window, people visiting pintos bar a few doors down and just the flow of the townspeople and visitors. There is a little grocery right next door, which is perfect for bread, jamon, fruit and anything you might need. The restaurant Txulotxo, Jorge recommended was great. Make reservations for any restaurant as they are very popular and crowded. The ferry and then the bus E9, was the perfect way to get into San Sebastian. We even had a rental car, but took the ferry instead. E9 bus takes you right near the historic part of San Sebastian. We had a fire, which made the rainy nite very cozy. Everything is fully equipped.
Although, if you need to dry your clothes, it will be on the clothesline outside. Our only problem was finding a parking spot. The town has a parking lot, which is always full (at least when we went) so you must park further toward harbor parking lot. Thank you Jorge!
Dear Dani, thank you for your kind words. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay in Unceta House in Pasai Donibane. It was a pleasure to help you make your stay easier. We hope to see you again! Our kindest regards
10 days in Euskadi at the same time as the rain disappeared and the sun shined all day.
Donibane is a beautiful little city. We have been around a lot, and the staying was perfect for that. The house had all we needed, so thanks for that.
Located in a historic village with fishing tradition in the town of San Juan flights, full of fishermen's houses and stately. This is a two-centuries-old recently restored, combining original building elements with contemporary decor. The building is located between the main street of San Juan flights and the edge of the pier in the bay. Three km. San Sebastian and 15km from Hondarribia and France is a great location to plan trips, and enjoy the local culture. The village is situated at the foot of Mount Jaizkibel, thereby enabling the outputs from one's home environments of great beauty on the coast (Mount Jaizkibel to Hondarribia, and mount Ulia to San Sebastian). In the town itself there is a small bay, in addition to the famous beaches of San Sebastián and Hondarribia. The town is famous for its traditional cuisine, with many restaurants specialize in fish, and 'drifters' traditional rowing. In this accommodation you can enjoy the tranquility of a small fishing village with pedestrian streets, ten minutes from the city of San Sebastian.
