This apartment located in a 1928 art deco condominium, quiet very comfortable with secure private parking, and bike storage available.

The calendar is not always up to date. Do not hesitate to send a message. You can go picnic Darcy garden if you are with the family, very appreciated by its comfort classified 3 stars by CÔTE D'OR TOURISM.

Located 200m from the city center, no need to take a vehicle.

Travelers from the north or south can enjoy a night stop to visit Dijon.

The room at the end of the stay, can travel with family or friends, travelers have access to the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen separated by a large corridor.

Were given a different apartment

On arrival the owner notified us that there was a problem (aparently double booked) and took us to a bigger apartment. Great location, problem was that it was in the middle of being remodeled! She doesn't speak english and with our limited french we understood that if we left for a couple hours everything would be ready . (At least clean and beds set up). To make the story short they finished putting up the beds at 11.30pm on new years eve. And left 3 portable heathers. ( after they took a break to eat and drink champagne) after all this inconvenience she still charged the full amount

Nice apartment very conveniently located within walking distance of the city center.

Bon point de départ pour éxplorer Dijon et ses environs

Très agréable. Notre correspondance était par email, et j'ai eu rapidement des réponses. Je recommande la correspondance par email/telephone au lieu de (ou avant de) de réserver sur le site... on a du correspondre pour arriver a se comprendre. L'appartement était propre, et bien isolé des endroits bruyant mais au même temps très proche de centre-ville. On peut accéder facilement le transport pour aller autour de Chateau Marsennay ou d'autres endroits. Il y a plein de choses à faire en ville et dans les environs, mais on ne pouvait pas en prendre avantage car on était là surtout pour un congrès scientifique. C'est très bon niveau qualité/prix.

Owner's Response: Oui je n'ai eu aucune difficulté à échanger avec mes clients, l'heure d'arrivée et de départ ne me pose aucun problème, personne perd de temps à attendre.....l'appartement m'a été rendu à l'identique à leur arrivée....j'espère que tout le groupe à profité un peu de notre magnifique ville et ses alentours malgré le congrès......je peux à nouveau les accueillir ou tierce personne pour permettre les échanges entre la France et l'étranger. Encore merci à tous...

charmant et calme appartemente proche du centre

sèjour très agréabele dans l`appartement charmante de style Art-Déco. Bien écquipé, propre et calme, seulement dix minutes du centre-ville. Bien frâiche pendant 40 degré en âout 2016 :-) Merci à Nadège pour le bon séjour et l`accueil gentile. Rainer et Tilo da Berlin

Ein schön gestaltetes Appartement - ruhig und zentral

Das Appartement hat einen separaten Eingang, der auch ein kleiner Sitzplatz unter einer Linde ist. So kann man sich gut zurückziehen und doch schnell die Stadt erreichen. In heißen Tagen eine kühle Oase. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und vermittelt eine Gefühl sich wohl zufühlen.

Reachable: tel. before 8 am, 12:30 18h the number displayed in this mansion, located in a residential area in the city center with its welcome, comfort, shopping, quiet with private parking nearby for luggage, surrounded by a frame green, very appreciated not people who are busy on business, sports, exams, competitions, exhibitions, fairs, family visit, no need to CAR to visit downtown all public transport a few meters and the station ......... theater, auditorium, museum of Fine Arts, tower Philippe Le Bon, many churches, the way the owl leads to all tours, wine bar, the market on the square on Tuesday, Friday Saturday and Sunday now.

Near cinemas, Darcy garden in many restaurants, creperie, wine bar, lake Kir nearby with all the activities and entertainment.
