This apartment located in a condominium art deco 1928, very quiet comfortable with its secure private parking and bike storage made available. You can go picnicking in the garden Darcy if you are a family, much appreciated by its convenience 3 stars by CÖTE GOLDEN TOURISM.

Located 200m from the town center, need to take a vehicle.

Travelers from the north or south can enjoy an overnight stop to visit Dijon.

The room at end of stay, makes traveling with family or friends, travelers have access to the shower room, WC and separated by a large corridor kitchen.

Nice apartment very conveniently located within walking distance of the city center.

Bon point de départ pour éxplorer Dijon et ses environs

Très agréable. Notre correspondance était par email, et j'ai eu rapidement des réponses. Je recommande la correspondance par email/telephone au lieu de (ou avant de) de réserver sur le site... on a du correspondre pour arriver a se comprendre. L'appartement était propre, et bien isolé des endroits bruyant mais au même temps très proche de centre-ville. On peut accéder facilement le transport pour aller autour de Chateau Marsennay ou d'autres endroits. Il y a plein de choses à faire en ville et dans les environs, mais on ne pouvait pas en prendre avantage car on était là surtout pour un congrès scientifique. C'est très bon niveau qualité/prix.

Owner's Response: Oui je n'ai eu aucune difficulté à échanger avec mes clients, l'heure d'arrivée et de départ ne me pose aucun problème, personne perd de temps à attendre.....l'appartement m'a été rendu à l'identique à leur arrivée....j'espère que tout le groupe à profité un peu de notre magnifique ville et ses alentours malgré le congrès......je peux à nouveau les accueillir ou tierce personne pour permettre les échanges entre la France et l'étranger. Encore merci à tous...

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend de Pâques en famille.

La maison est très agréable avec une bonne literie et tout proche du centre ville.

Le logement est très propre et la propriétaire très accueillante.

Excellente location au coeur de Dijon

Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé, propre, lumineux et calme.

Place de parking privative gratuite dans la cour de la résidence.

L’appartement est idéalement situé près du centre ville, avec une supérette à proximité.
