2 X Double Bed, Kitchen, Diner & Lounge Separate Bathroom And Toilet.

1 bedroom apartment with a mezzanine that holds an additional double bed.

The apartment has a beautiful alpine feel with a pine wood finish, and is fully equipped with some home comforts, offering everything for a comfortable stay for 4 people at any time of the year, and can sleep 6.

Offering an entrance hallway, separate toilet and bathroom. A quaint double bedroom with a sink and a staircase leading to a mezzanine the holds a further double bed*1

As you enter the open plan lounge diner & kitchen area which feeds on to the entrance to a south facing balcony with beautiful views across the valley.

The lounge consists a corner sofa bed which can be used to create a 3rd double bed*2, and we have a playstation 2 that can be used for games or videos. We also have a sony ipod/iphone speaker that allows your own music to be played if required.

The kitchen diner has plenty of storage and can seat 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped.

The property is small with lots of feature, please mind your head on the beams. We have priced the rental competitively, and hope you have a wonderful stay in our beautiful apartment.

*1 The mezzanine is approximately 120cm in height and a great den, but is not classed as a bedroom.

*2 We do however stipulate a maximum of 4 adults per rental.

We do not provide quilt covers. We do have toilet paper & bleach and general cleaning materials may be stocked, but we do not list this as an available option. We do also have 3 x tee towels under the sink, which are not listed above. These may need washing from previous tenants and it is advisable to bring your own tee towels. A baby's travel cot is located in the wardrobe beneath the staircase.

Charming and cosy apartment perfect for a chilled out holiday.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment. We had everything we needed in the apartment and the view over the valley was beautiful. Parking was across the street and easily accessible. We did have an occasion when we arrived back and the neighbour was parked there, but once he realised we were staying in the apartment he apologised and left the space free for us.

The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped and had everything we needed for cosy nights in after a hard days skiing. In fact we often were so comfortable that our plans to go out were easily and often changed at the last minute. There were several board games to play and a playstation games console which was well used through out our stay.

Samoens is a lovely village and had lots to offer for a great family holiday. We came home feeing refreshed and recharged.

We really loved our stay here and will definitely be recommending it to family and friends.

Our stay at Samoens

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely holiday property, the views from the balcony are amazing and have to be seen to be believed. The accommodation was clean and well equipped with just a small walk to the village centre, the bedrooms are comfortable and cosy. Samoens is a great location in the summer with plenty to see and do, also it's a great base to travel to a host of destinations including Chamonix and Annecy. Chris manages this holiday let superbly with great customer service. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and hopefully we are returning to enjoy it in the winter time. Fantastic!!
