Entirely renovated with modern furniture in 2013.

the St-Trophime church, the Antique Theatre, les Arènes...
The apartment is bright and has a separate equipped kitchen
(Dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, blender) leading to the first covered terrace with garden furniture.
A living room with a dining room and sitting room, flat screen TV and DVD player.
Internet access is free.
Two bedrooms: the first bedroom has a large 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom and toilet, and the second bedroom has two small beds or a large 160x190 cm bed depending on your preference. Attached to bedroom 2 are a small shower and a separate toilet.
From bedroom 1 and the living room, you can access the second terrace where there are two deck chairs for relaxing.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and detergent are available. The house linen, sheets, towels and bath sheets are provided.
If you would like, a cleaning service is available throughout your stay for 20€ an hour.

We stayed 10 night in the flat. It is very spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed eating out at the table on the balcony. The accommodation has air conditioning which was appreciated at temp were above 30C. We were glad of the off road parking. Arles is a charming place and the flat is in easy walking distance to market, shops and restaurants. There are so many things to do in the town and in local area. Probably our favourite trip was canoeing down river to Pont de Gaud and also seeing flamingos in Camargue Nature Park. Patricia welcomed us and took us to the local supermarket which was appreciated.
The apartment is centrally located in Arles. We were pleased to learn that the parking of our vehicle was in a private gated driveway in front of the apartment. The owner was most helpful in getting us settled in and was available at any time via email. The kitchen in particular was one of the best equipped we have ever experienced and comfortable in every sense with plenty of hot water. Heating in February is important and we were not disappointed.
Without doubt a wonderful apartment, clean, full facilities and close to amenities. No hesitation in recommending this apartment. We will be back!
This is a wonderful and spacious apartment located on a quiet street only a short walk away from all the sights in Arles. The apartment is bright and sunny and has everything you need for your stay. A small bakery for all your bread and pastry needs in the mornings is in easy walking distance.
The owner, Patricia, was always very responsive to all my inquiries.
We did not rent a car while in Arles, but visited Avignon by train and took the local bus to places like Les Baux de Provence, Abbay de Montmajour, Les-Saintes-Maries-de-la-mer.
My wife, her sister and I wanted to visit south east France to see the Roman monuments in the region as well as other places of interest. This superb, spotlessly clean, fully equipped apartment is just a few minutes walk from the centre of Arles. There is secure gated parking on the property. There is a wifi connection. There are two terraces: one, with sun loungers, in the sunlight and one as a dining area in the shade.
Apart from breakfast, we chose to have our meals out. Arles is home to a large number of restaurants catering for most tastes and budgets. However, the apartment has everything required to prepare and cook all meals. There are several local supermarkets and the all-important boulangerie within two minutes’ walk.
Arles offers the perfect base to visit Avignon, Nimes, Orange, Pont du Gard, the Camargue, etc.

My lovely wife and I stayed in this apartment for a week this May. It is a wonderful, bright, spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment. We enjoyed the two terraces - one perfect for coffee in the morning and the other for relaxing in the later afternoon. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses and kitchenware and we even found salt, pepper and olive oil in the cupboards. Patricia was very friendly and helpful and even brought us a welcome bottle of wine. The pictures accurately represent what you will find in the apartment. The location in Arles was fantastic. It is a block off the ring road in a quiet neighborhood. There is a school down the street so you can hear the kids a little before class in the morning and then again a bit later in the afternoon, but other than that the apartment was supremely peaceful and quiet. It is an easy five minute walk to the main square in Arles and the rest of the town is very walkable. Make sure to check out the market on Saturday mornings as it is fantastic! We used the apartment as a home base to explore western Provence and in that regard it was perfect. It has safe private parking on premises and the access to the motorway is quick and easy. We explored Nimes, Les Baux, St Remy, Avignon, Pont du Gard and the Camargue while we were there. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this apartment.
