Beautiful town house This is a lovely spacious property, well decorated and furnished. And with that rarity, a full bathroom with bath, bidet and shower for all bedrooms. THE PROPERTY HAS FREE WIFI.
There is a terrace with dining furniture and BBQ at the front of the property for dining al fresco and also another at the rear which overlooks the beautiful village of Benahavis, which is famous for it´s gastronomy and character. This property would suit a large family or friends holidaying together who wish to be in a lovely tranquil area but still within easy striking distance of the coast with all it´s attractions.
This delightful town house is built on 3 levels. You enter on the middle level where the lounge, kitchen, twin bedroom and family bathroom are situated.
The lounge has wooden French doors leading out to the balcony where there is dining furniture and 2 sun loungers.
The bedroom has wooden French doors with direct access to the balcony.
On the 3rd level are the Master Bedroom and two other bedrooms all with full en-suite bathrooms.
The master en-suite is finished in marble and has twin sinks, a spa bath and separate shower cubicle.
All other bathrooms are beautifully tiled and have full bath, shower and bidet.
All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space.
The kitchen is well fitted with a dishwasher and also a small breakfast table and 4 chairs. On the lower level is the family room with the Cot and High Chair, also with full en-suite. The utility room with washing machine and tumble drier and access to the integral garage.

Benahavis is an delightful mountain village just a five minute drive from the coast, situated amongst the fragrant mountains of the Serrania de Ronda. It is famous for gastronomy as there are a number of really excellent restaurants offering some different types of dishes featuring local produce such as game & roast suckling pig.
Although the village has grown somewhat over the last few years it is still seen as a refuge from mass tourism and retains its Spanish flavour and identity.
There are many signed walking and cycling routes in the area, and it is a haven also for bird watchers. The air is fragrant with the smell of pine and wild thyme & rosemary.
Benahavis has 9 golf courses, more than any other village in Andalucia, and it is popular with golfers from all over the world. Many well known people live or have second homes in the area.
Puerto Banus, 10 minutes drive, is where you can admire the luxurious yachts of the rich and famous or enjoy a cocktail in one of the many sophisticated bars. There is a wide variety of top class restaurants featuring cuisines from around the world, if your purse can stretch to it. or ' shop until you drop' in the many designer boutiques.
The famous Casino is situated just in front of Puerto Banus, if you can keep up with the high rollers give it a try.
Old Marbella is only 15 mins drive away with its pretty Plaza de los Naranjos, beautifully preserved white Moorish houses and geranium-filled balconies.
The area features many different beaches with an eclectic mix of beach bars and up-market beach clubs to suite every one's budget but be warned prices in the beach clubs of Puerto Banus are not for the faint hearted.
The area is well placed for exploring beautiful Andalucia. The famous white villages are well worth a visit and also Ronda with its breathtaking gorge and the oldest bullring in Spain, still in use!
There are many national parks just on the doorstep and from December to April you can ski in the Sierra Nevada, 2.5 hours drive. Further afield, for the more adventurous Morocco, with its souks and third world charm is only two hours away.
