Apartment on the beach with high quality services.

The apartment is ideally situated on the beach Bas Sablons with direct access and has a perfect exposure (southwest). Beautiful sunset behind Cap Frehel in winter and summer ... Full Channel

It is a duplex of 115 m2 set in a modern and friendly atmosphere.

On the ground floor: a large living room ideal for cooking and eating with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with among others dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine ... The living room has a large screen, a home theater system (with DVD player) and an audio system WIFI. One of the sofas is convertible (sleeping 140x190).

Upstairs are three bedrooms each with a bathroom. A first large bedroom with a bed of 160 by 200, second bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a third with a double bed (140x190). Also on this floor laundry (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).

All rooms have views of the sea.

To simplify the holidays, 2 possible options:

- Household linen (sheets, towels and bath towels, tea towels, towel) EUR 50

- A cleaning fee of 75 EUR.

Saint-Malo is a major tourist destination in Brittany. It is the ideal place to combine sightseeing (Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, the Mont Saint Michel ...) or cultural (the castle, the walls, the aquarium, the tidal power ...) or physical activities sport (sailing clubs, boat rentals motor, several golf courses nearby, coastal walks ...).

Market every day of the week (except Sunday) in all neighborhoods of Saint Malo:

- Saint Servan or Intramuros (5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment): every Tuesday and Friday

- Rocabey: Monday, Thursday, Saturday

- Paramé: Wednesday and Saturday

The city's site or that of the tourist certainly will help you best prepare your stay Malo.

Excellent stay!

The apartment was very nice and very spacious. Everything we needed including washer/dryer & iron/ironing board as we have 2 children and those were a must! We would highly recommend. Very close to nice restaurants and walks for the kids. Loic was there to greet us and explain everything to us upon arrival. We will be back!

Spectacular flat!

As soon as you walk into the door, the view is stunning! Absolutely beautiful! Very spacious apartment. We were a family of four plus my father and there was plenty of space..space to spare! Communication with Jeremy from the start was exceptional plus the on-site contact - Loic - was also awesome. A few steps and you are on the beach...our teens loved it. You will not be disappointed in this place. If ever in Saint-Malo again, this will be are resting place for sure. Thanks, Jeremy!

Belle expérience... À noter cependant avec des tout-petits

Nous avons passés un beau séjour dans cet appartement. Très lumineux, avec vue imprenable sur le port de Bas-Sablons. L'appartement est bien agencé, y compris pour les petits enfants. Il est à noter toutefois que l'escalier est une véritable préoccupation avec des petits donc source d'inquiétude car il n'y a pas de barreaux.

Appartement très agréable, lumineux et calme, conforme aux photos présentées. Prestation de qualité y compris pour la literie. Un petit bémol sur l'enfilade des chambres, pas d'intimité car WC situé au bout.

Très bel appartement et emplacement de choix !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec nos trois jeunes enfants. L'appartement est décoré avec goût et très bien équipé pour les familles (baignoire bébé, chaise haute...). La cuisine est également très bien équipée et aménagée de façon à passer d'agréables moments en famille ou entre amis. Le WiFI dans tout l'appartement est appréciable. Enfin, on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la mer depuis toutes les fenêtres !

L'appartement est idéalement situé entre Saint Malo intra-muros (10 min de marche), la plage à proximité immédiate et la rue commerçante du quartier St Servan (5 min de marche) où vous trouverez tous les commerces de bouche nécessaires (poissonnerie, boulangerie, boucherie, Carrefour City...)

Point d'attention : Les trois chambres disposent chacune d'une salle de douche mais sont communicantes. Aussi la personne installée dans la dernière chambre devra traverser deux chambres pour aller aux toilettes ou rejoindre le salon. De même l'escalier donne directement dans la première chambre. Cette configuration n'est pas gênante pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants mais peut poser quelques soucis d'intimité pour un séjour entre amis ou avec des adolescents !
