About this property

Destin Towers is in the heart of the sleepy little fishing village we call Destin. The building is set back from the hustle and bustle so it is quiet and relaxing. This unit is located on the 14th floor, and has spectacular views, as you can enjoy the sunrises with some fresh brewed coffee. This condo is fully furnished, just bring your beach towel and sunscreen. This gated community offers a gulf front swimming pool and hot tub. On the 14th floor west side, this unit offers unforgettable views of the Emerald Coast's sunsets. You have a birds eye view of the Gulf of Mexico from the Master Bedroom, Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen.

The condo is in great condition and just got a fresh coat of paint. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, the Guest Bedroom has a King bed as well. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV as well as the Living Room, there is one Blue-ray DVD player, one DVR player in the unit. There is a queen sized convertible murphy bed in the living area allowing guests to sleep comfortably without having to move furniture around or deal with an uncomfortable sleeper sofa! The balcony spans the front of the unit and is accessible from the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen has all appliances, corian counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, washer/dryer. This unit is so comfortable and inviting you will want to return vacation after memorable vacation. Property amenities include a Gulf front swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, grills, and meeting room.

Destin Towers

Overall the stay was nice,but I would not recommend this property. Upon checking in we found several half empty water bottles left on furniture. When we opened the Murphy bed, we found soiled sheets balled up. We also found that we had a coffee maker,but there was no coffe pot to use in it. Since it was after hours, we called the after hours contact number, and we’re told to check the dishwasher for the coffee pot, which we had done, and to call the office the next day. We had to call twice before anyone brought a new coffee maker and a new set of sheets. The condo location was great, right on the beach, but the beach front is taken over every morning by the teams that set up umbrellas and chairs that are rented out. They are set up in a tight line right up next to the water. There is barely any room to get between them to get to the water. There was one section set up in a horseshoe shape with an empty area in front of them. We tried to set up our own chairs and umbrella in the horseshoe area and we’re promptly told that we could not set up there even though the rules said you could set up anywhere on the beach, only restriction was that you could not set up tents unless it was behind the line of chairs. We saw several other people treated the same way. The only restriction that was interested in the check in email was that tents were not allowed on the beach. I would not stay at one of these properties again. For the price that I paid, I would think that I shouldn’t be hassled to rent chairs and umbrellas for an exorbitant rate.

Beautiful, well maintained, roomy condo steps from the beach. We liked the smaller sized secured complex with assigned covered parking. Checkin was a breeze.

Great family condo with beautiful view

The condo was such a spacious and beautiful location for my family , the view to the beach was also very beautiful , we were able to reach the property manager to enter the condo so the property manager was very quick on answering messages

Great place to enjoy the beach

In overall our stay in the unit was great, plenty of space, lovely view and comfort from the balcony, and the unit is equipped with every kind of stuff to have a good time on the beach. The only thing missing was a couple of chairs to carry to the beach, but other than that it was a great experience for me and my family.
