T3 of 85m2 with 2 rooms with beautiful sea view terrace of 25m2

Beautiful apartment in Petite architecture Creole luxury residence with sea access (easily accessible) to a beautiful white sand beach and beautiful views of the Diamond Rock and Morne Larcher. You can go to typical market by Diamond Beach !!

Possibility 6 people. Two air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bedroom with a bed for 2 people in 140 and 1 room with two beds in 90, 1 cot with mosquito net is available). The living room has a sofa bed for extra sleeping for 2 people. The living room has a fan.

The lounge opens onto a large terrace for your meals quietly facing the Caribbean Sea. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, a microwave, a toaster, a juicer and a centrifuge (take good exotic fruits to prepare juices fresh fruit) and all necessary utensils for cooking! In addition, there is a washing machine and a TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Unlimited WIFI available in the apartment.

The residence is secured with an automatic gate and access code, and is located close to the village of Diamant (beachfront restaurants, grocery store, supermarket, typical market, pontoon, shops). No road noise. Rentals are not necessarily from Saturday to Saturday. They are based on your dates and flight times.

The beach is at the foot of the apartment, it is 4km long, it is a pure beauty!

Picturesque view on diamant bay from a big terrace.

Lovely and quiet appartment with well equipped kitchen.

The photos you see in the advertisement is what you get if you are there :).

We appreciated our stay very much!

Vue sur le Rocher du Diamant

On est parti avec les 3 enfants, alors inutile de vous dire que les petits détails comptent. Les lits étaient faits, super ! on a pu se coucher direct. Une bouteille de jus de fruit était dans le frigo, cool, il fait chaud 28°C. Un lave-linge et un grand étendoir, une lessive par jour. Tout était propre. La bombe tue-moustique était à disposition. On avait la carte de l'ile et quelques pub. Une place de parking réservée. 2 accès par des marches à la mer. La résidence a un portail électrique à télécommande. La boulangerie est à 100m, le marché local est à 500m (fermé le lundi). Pas de wifi mais j'ai pu me connecter avec une clé 3G orange. La mer est chaude, les dauphins sont magnifiques, les petits poissons sont multicolores. Le resto La Voile Blanche est à faire. Pour aller à la baignoire de Joséphine, je vous conseille le pêcheur Félix qui a un super bateau à moteur et qui est basé à la Marina du François. Excellent voyage. Tout le monde est ravi.

Zauberhafter Blick

Das Appartement bietet einen zauberhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Le Diamant. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und sauber, die große Terrasse ein wundervoller Ort, die Karibik zu genießen.

Von Le Diamant aus läßt sich die Insel außerdem bestens erkunden. In jedem Fall eine Emfehlung.

Appartment with phantastic bay view

The appartment really has a fantastic view of the bay, a great experience to have breakfast or dinner on the very spacious terrasse enjoying the view.

rooms were all very clean, Celine and Stephane helpful in explaining how to find the address. Good security system gives you the feeling of safety during the Holiday. We very much enjoyed our stay and can rcommend the appartment for travellers who wish to explore the Island by car as we did

Magnifique appartement !

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Le cadre est superbe... et quelle vue !! La Baie du Diamant , certainement la plus belle de l'île.

Très bien agencé et idéalement placé pour profiter pleinement de toute l'île.

Très bon accueil de Mme Clerfeuille.

Le Diamant est un très beau bourg avec tout les services essentiels. Le marché couvert est génial ! La plage est magnifique. Bref, je recommande fortement cette prestation où vous passerez d'excellentes vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Et merci à tous les Martiniquais pour leur accueil chaleureux !
