This area is very safe and you can walk around at any times with absolutely relax. Close to the best restaurant of the island and the marina yacht club.Only 20 mt to the biggest supermarket of the island and 30 mt from the rent a car. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite),confortable living room, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and 3 private terraces with Old Town and country views, dining table for 6, Air conditioning throughout, swimming pool in the complex , plasma led TV, stereo Hi-Fi,microwawe,iron,hair dryier, internet adsl wi-fi avialable,satellite cable tv international channels.

This property is very confortable, close to the center and all the main actracions of the island for daily or nightly holidaymakers, families, young or adults. You will avoid taxi expenses by walk to the beach, to the center or even for clubs.

What makes this apartment unique

what make me really love this house is the bright of it where you can enjoy in the summer time until 9.30 pm, where can see everithing in absolutely peace and relax.

Never again

Only the Location was perfect.

The apartment unfortunately not.

A lot of things were not working. Door of sleeping room did't go open. Blinds were not working.

We had to buy a ironing board because Gianni did't want to buy this. (16 euro)

His service was to bad. He was irritated, not friendly and rute.

He was to busy to earn the money.

We had to pay cash in stead of paying to bank account.

This week was to much money for the small old apartment. Never again!

Owner's Response: this family was the worst guest i had till now and you can see from the other rewiew i had until now wich are all positive. they had all kind of problems and paranoia. they use to call me everiday morning and evening and complain about everithing.i wrote in my description all items there where in the house so they could see there was not the ironing.if they where not happy people it not my foult sorry.

Great apartment in wonderful location

Great apartment that is exactly as described. Gianni is terrific and very responsive. Good sized bedrooms with lots of storage. Kids loved the pool. Close to everything especially the Marinas, Ibiza town and is next door to a large supermarket. Lovely building that is well maintained and safe. There are 2 small terraces if you choose to sit outside but not so convenient because of traffic noise. That said we did not stay home much. Lots to do in Ibiza town for kids and adults. I would recommend this apartment and would stay here again. Good for the cost considering that Ibiza town is generally more on the expensive side.

very nice property

conviniet location. Apartment was clean and the owner very pleasent and helpful.

Walking distance to the harbor and old town. However, beach is a good 15 minutes walk. So, to enjoy your holiday ou need a rental car to take to many beautiful spots within 30 to 45 minutes of easy driving. Overall a great property well within is pricde range .

The apartment was excellent! We were 6 girls and had a great holiday! The apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed. It is next door to a huge supermarket and had a lovely (private) pool. Only 10 minutes walk into Ibiza Town and 5 minutes walk to Pacha and a taxi rank. Gianni (the owner) was very helpful and accommodating. He was happy to meet us at any time to check us in (our flight arrived late and we departed late on the final day - easily able to book a late check out). Definitely recommended and will be returning next year!

Nice appartment

It is a very nice and clean appartment.

Within twenty minutes you can walk to the centre. There you can also take the bus and the boat to travel other places, for example Sant Antoni and Santa Eularia.It is not necessary to rent a car. Funny to visit the Hippy Market. And you can go by boat to Formentera. To visit that island you can rent a bike.

The owner, Gianni, is very friendly, he gives you all the information you want.
