About this property

Our house is located in the traditional settlement of Kostos village. It is one of the few houses that have a garden. The house is 90 m2 and comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms which have 2 beds each that can be used either as beds or sofas (all are equipped with bed mattresses), 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Apart from the garden with the bbq (60 m2) there is also a porch (15 m2). The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine.
30% discount for monthly reservations and 25% for weekly!
The house underwent extensive renovation in the winter of 2019.
There is a 49 inch smart 4K television and Netflix is available.
Wifi is available in all places in the house and the garden.
The house is equipped with 2 air conditioning units in the living rooms, ceiling fans in the two bedrooms and a solar water heater.

Becautiful clean comfortable

Lovely house. Very clean. We were welcomed with a couple of bottles of wine and fresh tomatoes from the owners garden.

Your host

Hi! This is George and this is the house of Evangelia's (my wife) grandmother and the place where her father grew up. We decided to renovate it, but tried to keep some of the traditional furniture and design (e.g. the internal doors, there is a traditional chimney instead of an absorber etc.).

Why they chose this property

While it is located inside a traditional settlement, it is one of the few houses with a garden having a nice big table and a BBQ.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy the quite life of the village, while you are just a stone's throw away from the night life of Naousa, the picturesque Paroikia or the famous wind-surfing Golden Beach.
