Beautiful spacious brand new luxury home
Beautiful home with such nice hosts. The photos could not possibly be more accurate so what you see is what you get. I rate this property 10 out of 10. Super comfortable beds and pillows. 4 upstairs bedrooms all have spectacular views. Master has a corner view so even more spectacular. A lovely room for teenagers on the lower level. The temperature in the Jacuzzi is adjustable unlike some places where you either overheat or freeze and has the most relaxing massager which worked wonders for my back. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. High end property with a fantastic view. There is a good supermarket in Icici at the beach but we chose the big Spar in Opatija. There are many great restaurants and shops in Opatija which is a quick drive and a beautiful town. We parked at the Hotel Continental (underground). You can also install the "paydo" app on your phone to pay for parking all over Croatial. Rijeka is worth visiting as well where you can find large stores. We highly recommend this property and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
The best way to describe Icici and the entire Kvarner bay would be - breathtaking. Located only 2 km from Opatija, the pearl of the Adria, and 18 km from Rijeka, once you visit this beautiful area, you will never want to leave. Within 5 km you will find many various beaches, ideal for soaking up the warm Croatian sun. Nearby there is also a marina where you can rent a boat and visit the islands in the bay. Get to know the area through Lungo Mare, 12 km long costal walk that stretches from Lovran to Volosko. Lungo Mare promenade is a favorite place among Opatija’s guests. A romantic and relaxing 100 years old walk along the shore, far from town traffic, is a true relaxation from stress and everyday worries. Monuments were placed along the promenade in honor of many notable people who visited Opatija – writer Henryk Sienkiewicz, doctor Theodor Billroth, general Jozef Pilsudski and others. Don´t forget to visit Volosko, a charming coastal town, once known mostly as a fishing village. Today Volosko attracts tourists with its many restaurants as well as a wonderful view of the sea.
