A top quality luxury, almost new, 2 bedroom, spacious apartment (nearly 100 sq m), a full bathroom en-suite and a shower room for the second bedroom, in a quiet location, one of the best in Alvor, only 500m from the facilities of the village, 2 pools on site. Free Wi-Fi, totally secure with lift access, video entry phone & reserved underground parking. The large roof terrace is fully equipped with sun beds, table & chairs, a built-in bar-b-q & even a sink! There are 2 further balconies furnished with tables & comfortable chairs, the main balcony having wonderful views of the sunsets. The apartment has magnificent views across the Alvor estuary & to the sea. Fully equipped to the highest standard, Air conditioned (living area & bedrooms) & heated for the cooler months (all rooms). English satellite, large flat screen wifi "smart" TV with surround sound / DVD. The kitchen contains all new and top quality, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven & hob, two minutes walk to the nearest supermarket & 10 minutes to a fantastic beach. A great location.
Just about one of the best locations in Alvor, very near the restaurants & bar area not far from the harbour, beach or golf but in a quiet location with wonderful views, top line facilities, equipment & furnishings a truly wonderful experience!
· PLEASE READ, In addition to the weekly charge there will be a £200.00, Refundable breakage & excess cleaning deposit (should the property be left in an unsatisfactory condition) This will be refunded after completion of the let & on the receipt of a satisfactory report from our local agent. Payment in Euros will be acceptable at an agreed rate. All bookings will be secured by a 25% deposit with payment of balance (plus breakage deposit) required no less than 8 weeks prior to the date of the commencement of the let. The payment will not be refundable for a cancellation within the 8 week period prior to the booking, we therefore strongly recommend clients to take out insurance for cancellation (& health). The charge will include the use of the Wi-Fi & electricity used but if the use of electricity is found to be very excessive we reserve the right to make an additional charge against the security deposit.
· The property must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Entry will not be available before 4 pm on arrival, there may be some flexibility if there is no booking before or after the let. Contact us if there is a time scale problem. We do have secure storage for baggage if required . OUR CHANGE-OVERS, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE ARE SATURDAY, BUT MAY BE FLEXIBLE IN THE QUIETER PERIODS, ASK FOR DETAILS. The property MUST NOT BE OCCUPIED OR USED by more persons than are stated on the booking form (and the licence: 5 max), If more than the stipulated persons are found to be in the property at any time, the let will immediately be terminated with no refund or claim of any type accepted.
Whilst ever care is taken to ensure that the information given is correct, there may be instances when facilities or features described may have to be altered or withdrawn. We hold no responsibility should this be the case.
Please also note we do not consider the apartment suitable for young children under 5 years old or animals. The apartment is best suited for 4 persons 5 MAXIMUM.

This was a perfect spot to base our holiday vacation. Once we got oriented it was easy to get around town; everything we needed was within walking distance. The restaurants, shops, and markets are plentiful and varied - there's no shortage of great food and drink. Walking on the beach and boardwalk with a stop for tea or soup was a daily activity. It was nice to stroll barefoot on the beach in December! It was also nice to drive to other spots for day trips.
The condo was just as advertised: clean, comfortable, and secure. Whether sharing sunsets with wine and snacks on the balcony, morning coffee on the roof deck, or cooking a full meal in the well appointed kitchen - we enjoyed it all.
We loved this apartment in fact it's one of the best we have stayed in, in Alvor.
It is very well equipped and modern but also is homely. It is handy for Pingo Doce supermarket yet within easy reach of the wonderful restaurants that are a feature of this resort. An added bonus is the view over the river and estuary which changes constantly.
The beach is within easy reach and a car is not needed.
Just to say that the only slight minus was some barking dogs during the day and occasionally at night time. However this seems to happen all over Alvor, and in this case it wasn't as bad as some others we have experienced, and I have to say it certainly would not put us off returning as the plus points far outweighed this slight irritant.
This is our 2nd stay at this apartment- it is spotlessly clean and has the perfect balance of being centrally located yet far enough away for that all important peaceful nights sleep. It has all the facilities you require and the roof terrace is private and ideal for sunbathing during the day and then for that drink of an evening if you decide to have a couple of nights in. Gaby and Geoff are a pleasure to deal with and answer all queries quickly and efficiently. I will have no hesitation returning to this apartment and hope to do do next year
The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, lovely position, well maintained and clean and very comfortable. Close to some lovely reataurants, Adega d' Alvor and D'Alvino were two of our favourites. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.We will definitely be returning.

Very modern, beautifully appointed property, perfectly situated. Very well equipped with everything you may need. The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the square in the centre of Alvor. Within walking distance of the beaches and the Boardwalk (spectacular walking over the river estury). The main supermarket in Alvor less than 5 minutes walk. The apartment faces with west overlooking the river and Monchique Mountains. The views from Balcony and Roof Terrace are stunning with beautiful sunsets. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting relaxing holiday.
This is a fantastic apartment in a fantastic location in Alvor. We have been to Alvor several times and this is the best apartment you could stay in for quality and location. Apartment is well equipped, clean and spacious. Great views over Alvor, perfect for watching the changing tides and the beautiful sunsets. Close to the centre of Alvor and yet quiet and relaxing. Communication from Gaby and Geoff was easy and made it simple to find and access the apartment.

The property is in one of the best locations in Alvor, quiet with superb views, less than a 2 minute walk from the main restaurant & bar area, 2 minutes from the nearest supermarket, 5 minutes from the harbour & about 10 minutes from one of the best beaches on the Algarve. With 2 pools on site & less than 10 minutes from the heated municipal, pool open all year round. A truly unique & convenient location. There are several Golf courses within a few minutes drive including Alto Golf, Penina, Gramacho & Palmares. The area also offers a wealth of other facilities including a Marine Zoo & Aquapark, Zoo, Karting at Portimao Racetrack & of course beautiful scenery including the Monchique mountains & other magnificent beaches. Boat trips for fishing or exploration from Portimao or the historic town of Lagos, which is about a 15 minute drive away. For any “twitchers” the apartment looks out onto the bird sanctuary at Vale da Lama.
