About this property

The apartment is easily and conveniently accessible from the gates of the city and at the same time close to the main areas of historical, artistic and gastronomic interest. It is located in one of the two oldest areas in town, on the 1st floor with a private and independent front door, an entrance hall at the ground floor with the easy stairs inside the property leading up to the apartment which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large living room. You will also have a kitchen and two bathrooms, both with showers.
It is completely renovated , modernly furnished and gently lit, equipped with central heating and air conditioning, 32-inch LCD TV with satellite connection, wi-fi, washing and drying machine, iron and ironing board, electrical and microwave oven, hair dryer and everything else needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, including a cot and a high chair for your child. All the floors are in parquet with warm tone.
The closeness of the famous Rialto market and the presence of numerous grocery stores, offers the possibility to program excellent dinners; alternatively, you will find a wide range of inns, taverns, restaurants and pizzerias for every taste.
In the living room-entrance there are two comfortable sofas with three people each, an armchair, a 32-inch LCD TV with satellite connection, a desk, free wi-fi and a wide choice of books guides dedicated to Venice.
In the utility room there is a washing and dryer machine, an iron and ironing board.
I hope that you will enjoy the photos taken by my husband Andrea and the detailed maps of the area where the apartment is located, with some suggestions on restaurants and useful addresses close by. You will do my best to make you feel at ease in your Venetian home.
But above all, you will appreciate the many spots away from the crowds, full of history, charm and poetry, quiet and romantic, all of them to be discovered with the necessary calm to learn to love this city.

Second time here and won’t be the last

I can highly recommend this apartment. It’s spotlessly clean and in the best location, hence my return visit. It is easy to get to and the check in process etc. very good. We arrived early morning but dropped our luggage off and met with Rosa later for check in. Rosa is lovely, welcoming and gives great information about Venice and recommends restaurants etc. I adore Italy and Venice and have been quite a few times, but after finding this gem of an apartment will definitely stay there on any future visits.

thanks for a great stay

The apartment was as we expected, if not better. It's very spacious and well equipped. The location is great, near everything with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Rosa was very lovely and helpful. Check in and check out was super easy and Rosa gave us lots of lovely suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay there again.

A very well presented appartment in a superb area of Venice

This apartment is very well presented, clean, comfortable and the location is brilliant. The communication with Rosa the manager was excellent throughout the booking and rental process. It was a pleasure to meet Rosa who is very hospitable and who made us feel welcome. Rosa had lots of great suggestions for us to enjoy our time in Venice. I highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay is Venice.

Perfect in every way

The apartment was exactly as described with ample room for our party of 3 adults. It was equipped with everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment had an inner and outer locking doors so was very secure. The location was also perfect, at the end of a quiet side street but only a couple of minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge and a gentle 5-10 minute stroll to St Marks, the Doges Palace and the Riva. As others have said, Rosa was the perfect host, meeting us at the Vaporetta stop to show us to the apartment and providing lots of information on where to eat and what to visit. Her recommendations to visit the church of San Giorgio Maggiore and also to look out for the free Exhibitions as part of the Biennale Art festival were spot on. This was our first visit to Venice and we had an amazing time in this beautiful city. Returning to Rosa’s apartment at the end of each day was the icing on the cake.

We had a fabulous time in Venice, without doubt our host's apartment and advice made it so. Rosa met us at the waterbus, gave a brief orientation of the area before taking us to the apartment, she explained all we needed to know about the apartment and living in Venice, she also left us with some recommendations on where to visit For us the apartment and it's location was perfect.

This apartment belongs to my family. I decided to dedicate it to this activity because I love having contact with people from all over the world; opportunity that the international vocation of Venice allows me to accomplish.
I started this business with the main aim of making my guests's stay in the city as pleasant and comfortable as possible, so to return to their homes not only retaining the memory of the places visited, but also the feeling of having found their own 'home' in Venice.
My effort is, through custom maps and advice, to make discover Venice, not only as a tourist destination but as a city to love in its most secret shades; what I try to do, through my reading of the history of the city and my wandering in the constant research for hidden corners, is to transfer my passion to my guests, in the hope that it becomes a bit theirs too.
Arranging the apartments, I always try to interpret the needs of my guests, what they may need exactly as if I were the one who should stay.
