Suitable for 2 adults + 2 children (Not suitable for 4 adults)

Charming apartment just renovated in the heart of Paris, situated in a flowered courtyard.

The apartment consist of two rooms,plus shower room and small kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two electric rings, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle and a washing-machine.

In the bedroom there is a new double bed, wardrobe, bureau.

In the living room there is a table, 4 chairs and a sofa bed.

There is internet access.

Nearby there is a wonderful indoor market, one of the oldest in Paris.

There are several supermarkets within walking distance, and some very good bakers, wine shops, etc.

The apartment is situated near the Boulevard Magenta end the Rue Lafayette.

There are numerous restaurants and cafes in the area for all budgets.

There is also the famous restaurant Chez Julien with its beautiful are-deco interior.

The Canal Saint Martin, a very trendy area; is ten minutes away. You can sit outside and sip your aperitif in one of the cafes in this romantic setting.

At the Gare du Nord, a few minutes' away, there are two metro lines,4 & 5 the RER which goes to CDG airport, Eurostar,

Thalys and five buses. It is very easy to get around Paris.

On foot it takes about fifteen minutes to Montmartre.

All the main tourist sites can be reached very easily either on foot or by public transport.

A 25% deposit secures the booking & the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival

A cleaning lady is available for 50€

a 150€ security deposit is paid on arrival & refunded on the day of departure..

El apartamento es pequeño, cuatro personas máximo. Está equipado con lo necesario, no nos faltó nada para cocinar, secador de cabello, plancha, lavarropas. Nos recibieron muy bien fuera de horario de oficina sin pedirnos más dinero por eso. Siempre respondieron a nuestras dudas. Está situado fuera del centro, pero frente a Gare Du Nord, con lo que esmuy fácil desplazarse a cualquier lugar. Muchos buses, ternes, metro. Rodeado de negocios de comida oriental, donde se come muy bien y barato, dos supermercados muy cerca. Y un mercado tradicional hermoso. Ninguna queja por nuestra parte, el alojamiento nos resultó práctico y económico.

A great experience

My husband, 9 year old daughter and I recently spent 8 days in this great little apartment. The apartment is in a traditional and charming old Parisian building. You enter through a shared courtyard. It is basic, but had all the amenities we required, was clean, and a very good value. The bed and futon were comfortable. The kitchen and washing machine were very useful. The bathroom is small but we had plenty hot water even with all of us taking fairly long showers.

The location is very convenient - right next to Gare du Nord train station. The street the apartment is located on is in "Little India" and we had good Indian food while there. There are boulangeries and a grocery a short walk away. Despite being in a busy area the apartment was quiet and we heard little if any street noise.

The owner was a pleasure to interact with. Upon our arrival we were met at the train station and walked to the apartment. James answered all my husband's texts very quickly before and during our stay.

All in all, it was a very nice place to stay and we would stay there again.

Nice apartment

The apartment we were 8 nights, 2 adults and 3 small children.

The apartment is perfectly situated and very near the metro

The apartment is small, but adequate. It has the right atmosphere for Paris. The apartment is clean, it is available all the facilities you need.

The owner is very helpful, friendly and charismatic person. I believe that we have a chance to come back. We spent here really beautiful days. Thanks James

Great Location, Good Size

We stayed at the flat for 2 months on our transition to Paris. The owner is very friendly and helpful and even helped carry my very heavy luggage up to the top.

The apartment is a good size for two people to live while having some personal space. The only downside is we wish there was more storage for clothing-but we stayed for a long time and probably have more clothing than your average traveler.

The internet connection was perfect. The bathroom is a little small but functional. Hot water is OK but we figured out a system for showering to ensure enough hot water.

The location is PERFECT. Gare du Nord is the gateway to just about everywhere in Paris. Laundry, grocery, and good food are all within walking distance.

Would recommend this flat.

Nice, calm, centrally located

The flat is centrally located just opposite Gare du Nord and yet in a quiet place. Wherever you like to go – the apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the wonderful city of Paris because it's only a stone's throw away from Metro, buses, RER and trains.Thumbs up for the charming, nice flat consisting of two rooms and a kitchen. However, slim people have an obvious advantage in the small bathroom ;-).

The owner not only gave us a warm welcome right at the station, but he helped with useful information in advance and kept in contact via mail during the week. He is really very friendly and helpful - great and thanks a lot! We really enjoyed the week in Paris.

Second home!

I've lived in the appartment during my studies in Paris la Defense (2013) for half a year and I came back for vacations this spring. The appartment is located right next to the station, so the connection to trains, metros and busses is perfect at any time of the day. I would recommend it to couples or friends, who want to experience lovely Paris flexibly and also want to get impressions of the North of Paris (which is becoming more and more popular, e.g. Canal St. Martin)

The appartment offers a washing machine, modern kitchen devices and well-positioned IKEA furniture - everything you need for a comfortable stay. Especially the flowered courtyard is very pretty. Indian Restaurants are located around the appartment and adds a special cultural atmosphere.

Last but not least - the landlord is really amiable and helpful. We're still in touch - 2 years after my departure and I think it was part of my great time in Paris to meet him
