This apartment is ideally located 50m metres from the Torrox Beach and is within walking distance to local cafes, bars and supermarkets. Laguna Beach offers both indoor and out door pools, including an Olympic size swimming pool as well as a number of tennis courts. There is also a gym within walking distance and free parking is available nearby. Buses to Torrox, Nerja and Málaga stop just 500 metres away.

Convenient for beach and pool

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always great. The apartment is well kept and has a lovely balcony to sit on for breakfast or sundowners. As well as the usual beach and pools this year we visited the roman ruins museum at the lighthouse which was fascinating. We also took a taxi in to Nerja to explore the Balcony of Europe. We love Laguna Beach. We’ll be back!

Excellent location, well equipped and very clean - stayed April 2018

We stayed here for 6 nights at the beginning of April 2018. The location was excellent although not really beach weather. Laguna Beach resort is on the beach and has multiple outside swimming pools (not in use out of season) and one small indoor pool (was in use) also tennis courts. The Laguna Beach grounds are large and attractive and even had showers outside for rinsing off when you come from the beach. There are some shops including a well stocked little supermarket on site (not everything was open in April). Restaurants all very close along pleasant promenade. Large supermarket on other side of main road easily walkable.

The apartment is upstairs in a two story block and is split over 2 levels. The 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs, one downstairs) are all good sizes with big wardrobes and the beds are comfortable. There are two small bathrooms each with shower, basin and loo. Lounge has 2 comfortable sofa's and TV (if you want english TV bring a chromecast or similar - we did and were able to stream netflix). Free Wifi is excellent. Kitchen was well equipped with hob, oven and microwave (no grill) plenty of pans, cutlery, crockery etc. Towels and tea towels provided. Washing machine in kitchen and washing line upstairs on balcony. There are plenty of air con units operated on a central meter (euro coins) but we did not need it. No problems parking once we worked out where to go. There is a big terracotta hotel just before Laguna Beach and for parking you need to turn into the hotel entrance and then go right. It feels like you are turning into the hotel but you will then see the parking which is adjacent to Laguna Beach and on the left as you face the Laguna Beach front entrance. You can't access the apartment from the car park until you have retrieved the key fob as there is an electronic gate system in operation so leave the luggage in the car and walk around to the front and find the apartment first. The Todos Santos blocks are on the left of the complex as you face the front entrance.

Phil was very helpful and all went smoothly. This is an ideal beach holiday location for a family in summer with the options of beach and pools on the doorstep. The inside staircase is spiral and steps up to the apartment probably make it less suitable if you have limited mobility. Bathrooms are rather small so if you needed to help child or adult wash then a bit tricky otherwise really highly recommended.

Great size and location

Phil was really helpful prior to travelling and provided lots of info. We found apartment easily and it was a great layout and nice and clean.

You can access the promenade directly from the complex which was great with a toddler as meant not having to worry about roads.

As we had a late flight Phil also allowed us to have use of the apartment until later in the day which was very much appreciated.

We would definitely book again next time we visit Torrox!

The apartment is ideally situated and is a great base to get out about in the local area. The apartment is well equipped and had everything that we required. The bonus is the Olympic Pool, we were able to spend most of our time there and swim as there were not many people using it. Communication and help from Phil the owner was fantastic, we can not fault anything, will definitely book up again.

Fabulous holiday - lovely apartment - great location.

We would highly recommend this lovely apartment, which is less than a minute from the beach and the very clean 50 metre pool. Numerous bars and restaurants are just minutes away. The apartment was beautifully clean with everything you need inside, including towels, beach toys and a great full sized hairdryer. Beautiful kitchen well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Air conditioning very effective, only costs a couple of euros a day. Kids loved the wifi. Phil and Rose are great to deal with. Overall highly recommended. Thank you Phil and Rose.

The apartment is within 50 metres of the sea front in the Laguna Beach Complex. Laguna Beach is located in the town of Torrox Costa, 35 minutes away from Malaga airport. Torrox Costa is a popular seaside resort, which is linked to Torrox Pueblo, which is 4 kilometres inland from the coastal area. The area is very popular with tourists during the summer, but still hasn’t got as built up as some of its counterparts of the Costa del Sol.

Much of this resort is made up of modern apartment blocks, which are mainly owned by Spanish and German nationals, who have second residence here. It’s definitely not a package holiday resort and the life is a lot more refined and laid-back than some of the other busier resorts.

Much of the Torrox’s amenities: bars, restaurants and shops, can be found on the main Paseo Maritimo (promenade). During the summer market stalls set up selling various arts, crafts and souvenirs and there are supermarkets and banks in town for your convenience. If you like to keep up with your exercise routine whilst on holiday then Torrox Costa offers you lots of fitness options, including installations for football, basketball, volleyball, aerobic, tennis, swimming and much more.

Torrox Costa boasts the beautiful blue flag beach of El Peñoncillo, where there is a nautical school where windsurfing and canoeing can be practiced. The whole of the beautiful Axarquia region is a great place to explore if you enjoy rambling and getting out into the great outdoors and away from the droves of the coastal towns. Plus the Sierra Nevada and the historical city of Granada are just one hour’s drive away. All year long, cultural and leisure activities take place in Torrox Costa, including theatre, exhibitions, music concerts, flamenco and traditional dance.

Torrox Costa offers a wide selection of good eateries and bars, the main leisure area being along the Paseo Maritimo and the side streets leading to the beach. During the summer, some bars along the coast offer music shows and flamenco performances. And for the young at heart, there are a selection of pubs and discos.

It is said that the whole Torrox region enjoys one of the best climates in Europe, as it is sheltered by the Sierra Tejada and Sierra Almijara Mountains.
