Living & Eating

This London vacation rental offers a large and comfortable living area and a separate fully-equipped kitchen and dining area to seat six guests. There is also a private roof terrace overlooking rear of property.

The master bedroom is on the top floor with a wonderful double bed. There is an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and also a bath. This bathroom has an amazing view over London as well.

Next you will find a double bed (4.5 ft wide) and the second bedroom has twin single beds. There are two bathrooms. The first has a toilet, basin and bath with built-in shower head. The second bathroom has a toilet, basin and bath.

Excellent property in perfect location!!

My family of four stayed in this clean, well maintained flat perfectly located in the heart of London. It was extremely convenient to Victoria station for both bus, train and tube travel. The property was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a full kitchen as well as the ability to wash clothes during our stay (That enabled us to pack much lighter!).

We traveled on Christmas Day and arrived on Saturday morning the day after. We had no trouble locating our key from the lock box. The Ivy staff left us clear instructions at the flat. We actually never got to meet anyone (unfortunate), but maybe that is good as it meant everything ran smoothly.

The are only two reasons I did not rate this 5 stars....for some, climbing the three flights of stairs could be a challenge (not for us), and the other slight letdown was the size of the bed in the master, a double. We would prefer at least a queen.

All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the convenient location is an area with great pubs nearby!!

Convenient and Cosy

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Our unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, the decor was charming and the location was convenient to many sights and transit options. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer.

The inclusion of a staff member to meet us and show us how to use things was very valuable.

Notes: The beds in this unit are two twins and one full bed. There is no microwave. The kitchen is not recently renovated, but is in immaculate condition.

FANTASTICO Y BIEN SITUADO

Fué una grata sorpresa. Realmente los que nos encontramos es un reflejo fiel, de las fotos que aparecen en la pagina.

Estuvimos 5 personas adultas, un total de 7 noches.

La ubicación es perfecta. A pocos minutos de la estación de tren y de la estación de Metro de VICTORIA y la combinación con los autobuses es fantástica.

Tienes supermercados en los alrededores y la zona es bastante tranquila.

La limpieza de la casa, exquisita y la atención por parte de la agencia, inmejorable.

Para cualquier problema, estaban a nuestra disposición.

Aunque se podía pensar que al estar repartida la vivienda en 3 plantas, podía ser un impedimento, bajo nuestro punto de vista, le daba a la casa un encanto especial.

Los baños, totalmente preparados, el dormitorio del último piso, un sueño y sin ninguna duda, lo mejor.........., la cocina. Se convirtió en el punto de encuentro de comienzo y fin del día.

En realidad, un lugar, altamente recomendable.

Knightsbridge’s main draw is the shopping – it is the site of London’s most famous store and rich man’s playground, Harrods, which most visitors sensibly enjoy more as an attraction than a retailer. Any committed shopper will enjoy browsing the stores (or perhaps just store windows) of the area's international fashion houses or London-based designers. These shops prey on Knightsbridge’s wealthy and fashionable sets, and reflect the fact that it is one of London’s most desirable locales. Architecturally, the same residential features unite Knightsbridge and Belgravia – broad leafy streets, stucco squares, cobbled pastel mews, and an aristocratic feel exuded by large townhouses flanked by wide-set columns. In the same vein, centrally located but infinitely more affordable, sits Pimlico. The area is perfectly situated to reach central London, enjoying beautiful views across the river to Battersea and almost personal access to Buckingham Palace and Westminster.
