Newly refurbished in Victorian building on the seafront

Newly Refurbished Apartments in a great location by the sea, between the South Parade Pier and Southsea shops & restaurants. The D Day Museum, Pyramids Leisure Centre, Canoe Lake, Henry VIII Southsea Castle and a large green common all an easy walk. Other amenities easily accessible by bus/car.

Many sporting activities available, kite surfing, wind surfing, sailing, Championship football club (Pompey).

A first floor apartment, with views of the sea. Offering one double and one smaller bedroom with a single/guest bed that can pull out to make twin beds or a king size bed. The apartment also has a large living room that has a sofa bed that can sleep an additional person for a bigger family, another sofa and dining table and a lovely bay window with views to the sea. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower over the bath.

I have enjoyed holidays in Southsea since I was a child. My husband and I met at Uni here and whilst we live abroad we have made Southsea our home in England and return here with our children for the summer holidays.

The apartment just seemed ideal as it is so close to the sea.

What makes this apartment unique

Just a great location, so close to the sea and the activities at Canoe Lake and only a short stroll to other sights.

I do also love old buildings, the street would have looked similar over 100 years ago....the apartment though has recently been refurbished!!!

Wonderful apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely apartment. It is in a good position overlooking gardens and a sea view. Within easy reach of all Southsea and Portsmouth amenities.

Jane was very helpful .

spacious, sunny apartment in ideal location

Lovely apartment close to the sea, shops & restaurant. Everything you need for the home from home experience. Having it's own parking space was very useful as parking charges in Southsea are expensive. Nick and Jane were very kind and accommodating.

Great location!

We loved this apartment. Great central location with an amazing waterfront view. Short walk to the restaurants and shop of Southsea. Short drive to the other Portsmouth activities and shops. Comfortable, clean and pretty interior with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV and wifi. The listing description and photos are very accurate. A bonus was the car parking spot allocated to the apartment at the rear of the building. We enjoyed the restaurants on Osbourne Road and Gunwharf Quay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful flat... even for particular Americans!!

Our stay in Portmouth was great, and the flat we stayed in was exceptional. Thanks to Nick who catered to our every need.. even running out in the morning to get things that we didn't consider. The flat was very well equipped and made for a most comfortable stay. The details were all in place. The apartment was super clean and the furnishings were new. We are Americans and have traveled abroad a lot so I can confidently say this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Again, Nick was exception and didn't rest until we were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
