A ground floor apartment only a stone’s throw from Piazza San Marco, in a quiet area with canal-view and terrace.
The charm of this three-level apartment resides in its antique furnishings, canopy beds, and peculiar details that give the house a warm and captivating atmosphere.
A wide entrance hall leads to the large living room, with comfortable sofas and dining table, and to the fully equipped kitchen. The first floor presents a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a sofa bed for an additional two people (please note that the use of the extra bedding is charged an extra € 30 per night). The second floor presents another double bedroom with a beautiful antique canopy bed belonging to the owner’s family collection, as is all the antique furniture in the house. This floor also has another bathroom, as well as the access to the outside terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy a beautiful and relaxing view.

Near the apartment, you can find many restaurants, shops, and a big supermarket. From here, it is also easy to reach Piazza San Marco and Rialto.

The closest waterbus stop is Sant’Angelo for easy and quick connections to all main attractions via the Grand Canal, as well as for the Alilaguna boat service for the Marco Polo Airport.

Lovely old property in central location

The house was very clean with all amenities we required for our stay.We were met and taken to the property and given information re supermarkets, restaurants etc. We were very pleased with the house and the service from Red House properties.Our deposit was returned promptly. Would definitely recommend both the property and Red House rentals

at home in the splendors of venice

we live with antiques and so the beautiful antiques made us feel at home and yet because they are Italian pieces, we had the thrill of tasting a bit of the ca rezzonico every day---the location was just perfect---a few steps from the stop san angelo and 10 minutes from st marks piazza---add to this the large grocery store a few steps away and a well priced restaurant also a few steps away and you have all anyone could wish. the art is so beautiful that it was hard to imagine having it in a rental---it was a joy every day the rooms were large and comfortable and everything one needed was there. since it was summer we appreciated the ac which kept us all comfortable---with the heat, we did not really use the terrace we h ad our 4 grandchildren with us----11,12, 14, 16 and it was an enchanted introduction to venice-----thank you with all my heart for making this magical time possible. sincerely, Rebecca t hughes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa d'Albero.

The furnishings were beautiful and very comfortable. The location was easy as a home base with vaparetto stop so very close . The authenticity of the apartment created a wonderful memory for us and we look forward to returning!

Museum Home

This house was lovely filled with very special items. Located over three levels. You have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the another which can be a problem for privacy but otherwise it's a beautiful home.
