2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 WC, 4 people.

Terraced on two levels, living/dining room with fireplace on the ground floor, terraces with view of the sea and the valley, fully-equipped kitchen and WC. On the ground floor, 1 full bathroom, 1 large bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe and 1 terrace with view of the sea and mountains. The other bedroom is spacious with 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and a view of the forest. The house is fully furnished and equipped. Bed linen and towels (but not beach towels) are provided. The house is thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive and again after they depart. Shared parking, swimming pool, and gardens. Peaceful area, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, ideal for escaping your daily routine.

Très joli duplex avec une vue magnifique pour un séjour tranquille en famille

La maison de Miguel est exactement conforme à l'annonce, très agréable, spacieuse (nous étions 5 dont deux ados) avec une vue absolument magnifique joliment décorée idéale pour un séjour tranquille et proche de la nature. L'accueil a été très sympathique, et les conseils très bons (superbe crique de portixol accessible après une randonnée de 40 min en partant du panneau Urbanizacion de Ila Blanca et restaurant à gauche avant d'arriver à l'urbanizacion ila blanca direction San Mateu). la maison était parfaitement propre et équipée. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour rayonner dans le nord, l'est de l'ile et sur Eivissa, un peu plus long pour aller sur la région de San joseph.

GREAT VIEWS, PEACEFUL SURROUNDINGS, LOVELY HOUSE

We just stayed 1 week in this LOVELY house. Quiet and beautiful area but also near San Miguel. Ibiza town is only 20 min by car. It has been so comfortable!! Charming decoration and very well mantained, this 2 bedroom house is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation in Ibiza!

Semi-detached house on the north-west side of the island, in a peaceful area, with a spectacular view of the sea and mountains. A unique place located in the Cap de Aguila natural park. Waterfront home surrounded by pine trees, ideal for rest and relaxation or hiking. Go for a swim in the pool, explore the coves, or visit the renowned, uncrowded beaches at Benirras (approx. 10 minutes by car) and San Miguel harbour (4 km from the house). The city of Ibiza is around 25 minutes away (by car). The closest town is San Miguel (5 km away), where you can find shops, a pharmacy, banks, restaurants and supermarkets, or simply have a coffee.
