The villa is located in a private complex on the sea 'la Maddalena Spiaggia', 15 minutes from the capital Cagliari and the main airport and 15 minutes from Pula.
The location is ideal to fully enjoy the beauty of the South Coast, such as to allow a wide choice of both naturalistic and cultural itineraries. In addition, the house is perfectly connected by bus to Cagliari and Pula, Chia, Santa Margherita etc ... that pass every half hour / hour.

In front of the house, just 30 meters away, there is a beautiful white and fine sandy beach, clean water, equipped with tourist services and bathing like lifeguards, small bars and even a windsurfing school and surf kit. Beach also ideal for children.

The portion of the villa consists of two very nice double bedrooms (one with a bathroom in the bedroom), two newly renovated bathrooms with windows and large showers; large living room in parquet, sofa and 42-inch TV with digital terrestrial. Modern kitchen with all appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher, 5-burner stove, microwave, dining table and all necessary utensils. New windows with mosquito nets.

Outside there is a large terrace where there is a table with chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, a parasol to protect yourself from the sun and 1 deckchair.

The two houses are neighbors, both are in the villa of our property, they are very similar to the characteristics, except that the house that you put in the link has a bathroom and not two, but in addition it has a hot / cold outdoor shower and conditioned air.

Lovely Property & Great Location for exploring Southern Sardinia

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here in October We booked for a short break (4 nights), so it was important that we weren’t too far from the airport and were in easy reach of the many beaches. The property itself was fantastic! Very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and spacious. From picking up the hire car at Cagliari Airport, we were at the property within 30 minutes. Upon arrival, Giuseppe was quickly on hand to welcome us and show us around the property - throughout our stay both Giuseppe & Francesca were available to advise on places to visit and eat - they are truly nice people and were very keen to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The property was very secure with gated off road parking. Within less than 1 hour’s drive west, we were on some lovely beaches in Chia and within a similar time in the opposite direction we were at some equally beautiful beaches around Villasimius - I recommend taking the coastal road for some spectacular scenery! Cagliari is a short drive - 15 minutes and there are good parking facilities at reasonable prices near the train station. Thanks again Giuseppe & Francesca - it was a pleasure meeting you both and Stella and I look forward to visiting your lovely property again soon.

Fantastic beachside property!

We have just returned from a brilliant stay in Maddalena Spiaggi. Giuseppe and his family were very welcoming and offered excellent local recommendations. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed, if we were to change anything it would be to add some air conditioning and to introduce a visitors book with local information and recommendations. The property is ideally located for exploring Southern Sardinia. We enjoyed trips to Nora, Pula, Chia and Cagliari (lunch at Antica Cagliari was delicious). We would definitely love to return in the future.

Welcoming and finished to high standard.

Beautiful bathroom and everything needed was available. Good security. Homeowners were really helpful, interesting and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Would totally recommend as location was perfect to explore any direction.

Fantastic Property, Great Location!

We had an amazing time in the property. The house is super well refurbished and able to cope with 4 or more people really comfortably. The quality of the house fittings and attention to detail placed in the deco is amazing! The owners are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Thanks a lot to Giuseppe for hosting us and making sure we did not have anything missing. All in all, the house is an absolute recommendation when staying in Southern Sardinia: 20 minutes by car from Cagliari, 20 from Pula, 30 from Chia, so you can't really complain about the diversity and proximity of some of the most beautiful beaches and interesting places in the island.
