It is composed of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one, family size) and a light and spacious open-plan kitchen-cum-living space. Wooden floors, fully fitted kitchen, modern bathrooms, Internet access and central heating, are all contributing assets to this beautiful apartment.
Bright and well laid out purpose built flat accessed by lift or stairs, which comprises of a comfortable living room with HDTV, DVD player and double sofa bed; the kitchen is furnished with a new microwave, dishwasher, and toaster, ideal for 6 people. There are two bedrooms (master en-suite with double bed and another with 2 single beds) and a family bathroom.
Situated in a 2011 built residence and located within 5 minutes away from the public transports link (Lewisham DLR and National Rail), this inviting apartment is ideal for easy access to Central London (10 minutes to London Bridge, 20 minutes to Charing Cross and 30 minutes to London Victoria)
We take good care to make ALGERNON a home from home, somewhere that you can kick your shoes off and relax, cook a meal or get a take away, but above all to a home to feel comfortable in.
Check-in is between 12pm and 9pm. Checking-in later than 9pm will be charged with 30GBP.
Check-out is before 11am.
Very well-looked-after, spacious apartment. Plenty of room for 4 people. It contains everything you need for a short stay, apart from drinking glasses! Considering it is close to a main road it is nice and quiet. The temperature was always warm. (in winter time) Walking distance to Lewisham railway station and shopping precinct. We appreciated the parking spot even though we had to pay extra for it. There is hardly anywhere to park around SE London without a permit.
Lovely flat - two good bedrooms, two bathrooms. All very modern and clean. Lovely balcony. We went into central London from Lewisham to both Cannon Street and Charing Cross - only 20 minutes by train. We also went to Greenwich on DLR - only four stops to Cutty Sark. Lewisham station is less than five minutes walk from the flat. There's a Tesco express right next to the flat. The flat wifi was good.
My wife and I chose this property due to its proximity to our daughters home. The unit seems fairly new and was clean and in good condition upon arrival. There was a minor issue with the curtain in the living room and the owner had it repaired right away. It has all the amenities, is spacious, is close to shopping and the train station. The description of the property in the listing was accurate. The tableware could use a little refreshing and I raised this with the owner who promised to do so. This unit is on an upper floor facing the street. There was some street noise in the evening which was the only negative. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.
The home is really nice and correspondent to the pictures and there is enough space for 5 people
Clean and quite, easy to reach with all the transportation and about 45 minutes from city center. All the appliances are working and the basic stuff for the house are available
The only problem is the cold water, we have an issue for all the days nevertheless the owner is always available and very kind
In front of there is a 24h open minimarket . I would recommend this property.
Casa muy nueva, limpia y muy completa. Todo perfecto. Cerca de la estacion y a 30' delcentro de Londres. Supermercado a 200m. Sitio muy tranquilo. Recomendable para familias. Trato de la propietaria mu bien con instrucciones perfectas para llegar a casa. En fin, si volvemos, repetimos.
The apartment was perfectly situated. Located in Lewisham it was a short train ride to the city or a pleasant walk to the next village. All of the needed amenities were close. I would stay here again.
Lewisham is in south east London, within easy reach of all the capital has to offer from fashion, food, film and art to theatre. Closer to the home, Greenwich, Blackheath and the River Thames are literally minutes away.
ALGERNON apartment is just a short stroll away from Lewisham Station and offer the area a completely new way of urban contemporary living. Local shopping, which includes a charming farmers’ market, will expand with additional retail space which may include a Tesco Metro or similar and a Creative Quarter for artisans working in design, fashion or pottery etc.
Central London is at your fingertips and combined with charming local spots like Blackheath and Greenwich, Lewisham is an ideal base. The eight miles to City Airport means weekend getaways from Europe are even easier and to explore Britain by car, it’s just 15 miles to the M25 and the wider motorway network
