Beautiful and Cozy 2 Bedroom duplex unit in the heart of Hollywood. Very well located in a quiet residential street in the heart of everything Hollywood has to offer. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, nightclubs, bars, the walk of fame and many more. Located between the world famous Hollywood Blvd and Sunset Blvds. Comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy a memorable trip to Hollywood.

Fully Stocked Kitchen with pots, pans, coffee maker, plates, cups, baking trays and more. Fully remodeled unit with beautiful finishes. Central air and heat to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. 1st bedroom comes with a great queen sized sofa couch giving guests the flexibility of using the room as a living room as well as a bedroom.

Guests will have full access to the house and the back yard area.

Parking will be through gated access. Can fit 1 car.

The unit also has 2 private entrances to each of the bedrooms ensuring excellent privacy.

Walking distance to the red line underground subway as well as many convenient bus routes. However UBER is usually the best way to get around.

Lovely ‘home from home’ and great location for getting around LA

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place. It met our needs and was in a great location for visiting the different areas around LA. The red-line metro is just a short walk away and there are restaurants and shops nearby. It was very secure and we always felt safe.

This listing was supposed to be a 2 bedroom. In reality, it's a one bedroom.

Property has only one bed. We had to move furniture and put out an air mattress in the only common area in the unit. Definitely a major inconvenience.

Alot to be desired...

I will try to be as positive as possible. The property location is excellent and very clean. Initial response from the owner was very timely. All of my issues were with the property and amenities.

Coffee maker was a Starbucks Verismo that require specialized pods that were not stocked. Refrigerator smelled like rotten shrimp....we could not put any food in it or use the icemaker...this was reported to the owner.

On the morning of checkout, we were awoken at 6 AM to the sound of weedeaters and lawnmowers...I literally had to demand that they stop... I would not consider this luxury as described a "fully" stocked kitchen should include wine glasses...not just 32 oz plastic tumblers... I realize this is a new listing, but it needs work. ..

New renovation in Hollywood with convenient location

This is a brand new renovated home - I think we were the first ones to stay there. Everything you can think of and convenient locations to what we were doing (we were here to see universities) with the added bonus of lots of options right out the door. There were a few mainentance things that needed to be addressed - we contacted the owner and they were out to fix it immediately.
