Come to an original Harbour Island Paradise.

Luna Sea is a 5500 sq. ft. family home with a 1500 sq ft guest house, that is a tropical retreat while still being close enough to walk to town.

The house is sunny and gracious with sprawling gardens, a large pool that wraps around the house, and a dock for your boat.

One enters the property down a long winding driveway to the main house. Luna Sea is perfect for entertaining and family gatherings with its 4 terraces overlooking the bay, pool, and gardens. There is an elegant living room with views of the bay through glass doors that lead out to a stunning covered terrace and sun patio overlooking the pool and bay. This the perfect setting for watching the sunset sink into the bay while relaxing and swimming.

Off the terrace is the “Octagonal” game Room with wet bar, ice maker, pool table, large flat screen TV, and tons of games in case there is a rare cloudy day. Behind hand crafted sliding barn doors, there is a private study and full bath.

Also on the main floor is a large dining room that seats 10. The dining room is unique as it is a glassed-in bridge that spans across the pool and connects the south and north wings of the house. A spacious eat-in kitchen with a breakfast terrace with a hidden stair to the east pool is just off the dining room.

In the north wing there are 3 bedrooms with two full bathrooms and a half bath. One is bedroom is set up with a king, the other has 2 twins, and one bedroom has one twin. The two of rooms have terraces.

Upstairs is the master suite that is a private paradise. There is a king canopy bed, large private terrace overlooking the bay, double sink with a soaking tub, dressing room/walk-in closet and an indoor as well as an outdoor shower.

The Cottage is just steps from the main house but hidden in its own private "jungle". The Cottage has 2 bedrooms (one king and 2 twins), living room, 2 terraces, bathroom, and kitchenette.

The exterior of Luna Sea is a mature tropical garden with a terrace next to the bay and a deep water dock.

The house comes equipped with cable, wi-fi, maid service 6 days a week (additional persons or time by request), TVs, reverse osmosis water, HVAC, generator and many other amenities.

Please note that during peak times there is a 7 day min. and Saturday to Saturday rental period.

We all totally enjoyed our stay at Luna Sea. Loved the

decor, and loved that all the niceties of "home" were

provided. Ample pillows, towels, ample everything.

The house was very spacious, yet it didn't feel like we

were disconnected from each other. Loved the

coziness of the library and the breakfast nook. And

the pool and pool deck! Great view! Gorgeous

sunsets! We also really appreciated the fact the

property was very private, i.e. long drive-way from

property entrance to the front door. And as stated in

the title, the dock for the property made all comings &

goings, boat-wise,

Perfect Holiday Stay

The Luna Sea house is truly one of the best rental properties on Harbour Island. The house facing the bay allowing for not only a beautiful view of the sunset as the house is west facing but providing a quiet space as the house is set back so far from the road, making it feel very secluded and private. Despite being on the bay, the house is a quick walk to the beach so it is not ta problem at all, actually we all preferred being on the bay with a pool so we could be close to everything we needed in the house. The pool is very large and gets plenty of sun keeping it a nice temperature. Luna Sea is also a quick walk to town allowing for easy access to lunch, dinner, shopping, anything you need.

The layout of the home is very nice with not only plenty of bedrooms for all of my guests to stay in but an incredible amount of living space making it easy to spend time with everyone. The bedrooms are a great size and the amount of twin beds allowed for my entire family to stay together feeling comfortable and not confined to sleeping in one bed together. Not only is there a lot of living space to accommodate a 6 bedroom home, there is a large dining table where you can host everyone for a night in and two bars, one near the living space and one close to the pool.

I need not forget the staff in the house, how amazing having a full time house manager for any needs that we may have had and a full time housekeeping staff. The house manager was great, there to help us check in and out but also available to provide recommendations if we needed. The owners were helpful in answering any questions that I needed before booking, I felt that was nice.

Overall, five stars - highly recommend anyone to book Luna Sea, it was such a great time. Hoping to come back at some point this year.

Without question, the most unique vacation property available on Harbour Island.

Look no further. Luna Sea is the quintessential Harbour Island experience that checks all the boxes (location, charm, luxury, amenities, space and views). I have been coming to Harbour Island for years; consistently drawn by the small island charm, vibrant local culture, and of course the impeccable pink sand beaches. While I am always confident Harbour Island won’t disappoint, there is less certainty when it comes to the quality of your accommodations. On an island roughly 3.5 miles long and only ½ mile wide, your options aren’t exactly in abundance. Hotels are of course an alternative (though over-priced and rarely available) but I always prefer to have my own space with a bit more privacy. I was ecstatic to have found Luna Sea and let me assure you, will blow your expectations out of the water. Despite being less than a 5 minute walk to both town and the beach, you will feel as though you have the island to yourself. The property is surrounded by expansive gardens where the only noises you’ll hear are the occasionally clucks of a local chicken. There is no better place on the island to watch the sunset than on the back patio at Luna Sea. We were lucky enough to book the house for New Years and had a front row seat to the fireworks in the bay directly out front, put on by Romora Bay Marina.

The property itself is in immaculate condition. Everything was clean, organized and most importantly worked! Wifi, Air Conditioning, Laundry, Telephone, Kitchen Appliances, I mean everything! You can tell the owners of this property have fantastic taste with each piece of furniture and fixture being more unique than the next. There was more than enough room for our party of 6, could without question have doubled our groups size and still had room to spare.

I cannot recommend Luna Sea more highly for a large group looking to experience the beauty of Harbour Island in the most ideal location available. An absolute no-brainer. Book it!
