Spacious and quiet townhouse on 3 floors:

- 3 double bedrooms bright and airy (the master bedroom with double bed and the other with two single beds). Master and second bedroom on first floor have ceiling fans.

- 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath.

- Living room of 18 m2 very bright, air conditioned, ceiling fans, sofa and armchairs, dining table and chairs. Flat TV and DVD.

- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender) and all necessary kitchen utensils.

- Chill out lounge in the basement with TV - Front yard with tables, chairs and umbrellas.

- Sun terrace of 28 m2, with stunning180 º panoramic views over the bay of Alicante and the mountains. It has barbecue, tables, chairs, parasol and sun loungers.

Just a 15 meters from the swimming pool (adult and children's) and large garden. Beautiful communal gardens and promenades. The house is ideally located as it is in one of the quietest areas of Gran Alacant.

It has orientation noon, so their rooms are very bright, and has unbeatable views cleared from the solarium. In addition, by its altitude and position on the slopes of Gran Alacant receives a soft breeze that facilitates the ventilation of the House.

The Urbanization is surrounded by gardens known as 'The secret garden', and beautiful walks, limiting the enclosure a large expanse of pine trees. The parking in the area is easy, as all homes are single-family. A 300 metres there are the stops of buses that pass through the beach of Carabassi beach of Los Arenales, and connecting with the Centre of Alicante and with Santa Pola. The beach just a 1 km, 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car. Supermarket and the nearest restaurants is located just 200 m away. Likewise just in 200 m by Tuesday you have the street market. 5 Minutes by car lies a large commercial area with several supermarkets, variety of regional and international restaurants, video store, petrol station and many shops.

The swimming pool is located on the same block, so it is very comfortable and easier for families. Available for children and adults, garden area with trees, umbrellas with sunloungers, showers, toilets, changing rooms and lifeguard.

The house has a front patio, with table, chairs and umbrella, perfect to enjoy relaxing and sunny breakfasts.

Once inside, on the ground floor lies the sunny dining room with air conditioning, ready to make your stay pleasant, furnished with sofa and 2 armchairs, tables of coffee, TV with DVD, dining table with chairs and furniture organizers.

The kitchen contains everything you need, equipped with fridge, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, small appliances (coffee maker, water heater, Toaster, mixer) and all the necessary kitchen utensils.A bathroom with shower is also located at this floor.

In the basement floor is a chill out very well lit, ideal area so that children or young people have their own space. It has a sofa, armchair, table and Hutch. On the same floor is one of the double bedrooms, twin beds, decorated in the same line as the chill out lounge, with a large wardrobe and a fan.

On the first floor, is the luminous master bedroom with a double bed. It also features a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. It has 2 built-in wardrobes and a fan.

The next bedroom boasts beautiful views of the mountains, and is equipped with 2 single beds, a large built-in wardrobe and a fan. On this floor there is the master bathroom with a large bathtub and has natural ventilation.For your safety, all stairways have handrails.

On the top floor, lies the spectacular private solarium of 28 m2 with breathtaking panoramic 180 ° over the Bay of Alicante and the mountains. It has barbecue, table, chairs, parasol and loungers, to enjoy the family lunch or romantic dinner as a couple in the light of the stars.

ONLY NON SMOKERS/VAPE. Is not allowed to smoke in inside areas and neither in outdoor aereas like patios, roof terrace and balconys.

Is not allowed to come with pets.

We bought this wonderful house in Gran Alacant because we had enjoyed our holidays since we were children in this beautiful town of the Mediterrean Sea. We have special fondness to this lovely place, because of its amazing beaches and natural environment. The house it has a great location because is very close to the swimming pool, stunning views from the roof terrace, lovely gardens around, and a very detailed urbanization.

María had been looking houses for a long time in the area, and one day said me “Leonardo, this is our house, and I want it! “. Definitely, we have took our best decision!. We are looking for a house enjoyable with our kids, and one long day in our deserved retirement.

We enjoyed wonderful holidays at the house and we are very happy to know that our guests say that they either had excellent holidays, in fact several of them rebook. This is a great satisfaction for us.

The house is spacious and it has all that a family needs to enjoy a lovely holidays like in your house, but close to one of the best beaches of Alicante and Spain, the Carabassi Beach. Excellent apartment and lovely pool

Write from the start of our journey Leonardo always gave good advice and information about the property and the surrounding areas which was accurate and informative.

The property itself was very clean and of a good size for a family of four, very close to the pool with great views overlooking Gran Alacant. The Pool was open from 10am to 11pm at night which was great for a cool down dip at the end of the night under the new green and blue lights that lit up the pool magnificently.

The beech was lovely with the beech bars along the front offering drinks, food and ice creams all day long for the children. We would recommend having a taxi back to the apartment though as the walk back can get a little steep.

Would definitely recommend this to our friends and of which some have been returning to the same area for the last few years and enjoy it every time.

Erholsame Ferien in Gran Alacant

Das Haus von Leonardo und Maria ist ideal für 5 Personen. Alles ist sauber und die benötigen Utensilien sind alle vorhanden. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und alle Schlafzimmer haben einen Deckenventilator. Das kühlste Zimmer ist ein kleines "Apartement" im Keller, das ideal für 2-3 Kinder geeignet ist.

Es hat nur eine WiFi-Verbindung gefehlt, die aber in der nächsten Zeit installiert werden soll. Gerne wiederholen wir den Urlaub.

Beautiful Home from Home

This house catered for all our needs. It was welcoming, very clean and had everything you could need. It is a very spacious house ideal for a family. The area is quiet and very relaxing with some good eating places (try the Indian) fantastic food at great prices. Leonardo was very helpful and easy to deal with, all queries answered promptly. The beach is about 15 mins walk downhill but I would advise getting a bus back as the hill is a bit steep. The buses run very frequently and are 1.50 euro. The beach is beautiful and well worth a visit. Thanks to Leonardo and Maria for all your help and sharing your beautiful home with us. Sharon & Martin

Vietimme perheen(lapset 4-vuotta ja 6kk) kanssa loistavan loman tässä kohteessa. Talo oli todella siisti ja siellä oli mukavasti tilaa koko perheelle. Talo sijaitsee hyvässä paikassa, ja pihapiirissä on uima-allas, jota käytimme päivittäin. Lisäksi kävelimme joka päivä vielä läheisimmälle merenrannalle uimaan. Kävelymatkan päässä on myös ruokakauppa perustarpeille ja kerran viikossa järjestettävä tori, josta löysimme monenmoista kotiintuotavaa.

Voimme suositella tätä kohdetta perheille, jotka etsivät turvallista, siistiä ja kotoisaa asuntoa läheltä kaikkia mukavuuksia, mitä aurinkolomaltaan kaipaa.

Beautiful house in a quiet suburban area

This Spring we went for the second time to this charming house. For us it is the best place to see all the festivities in the neighbourhood ( Elche, Alicante...)

The house was as clean and cosy as we remembered it from the last time.

The owners always do their utmost to make your vacation as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

The house is well located with a nice view, on walking distance from the sea and shops and (very important) in a quiet area

Our only concern is that too many people will discover this charming house, making it more difficult for us to rent it.

We certainly will come back again (and again) .

Gran Alacant is a quiet new urbanization located in a beautiful natural area in the Cape of Santa Pola, among the mountains, and the beachs of Los Arenales and Carabassí .
