Sea Cliffs is a gated community on the north end of the Cape located next to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Town home was recently updated in 2018 with new floors and sofa. The unit spans 3 floors with a gulf-front balcony on each floor--perfect for those nightly golden sunsets! Owner has significantly updated the town home for renter enjoyment. Fully stocked kitchen to cook that big family meal if you choose, along with all new stainless kitchen appliances with new granite counter tops in kitchen and all baths. Fresh paint in every room with new furnishings. Enjoy the 60 in living room TV, IPod/IPhone docking station and stereo, or watch Netflix from one of the bedrooms. New outdoor shower. Large onsite pool. Playground on site. Culligan water softener. Walk to the State Park or Cone Heads for ice cream or an adult beverage! Why Ruth chose Port St. Joe

We came to the Cape in February 2016 and immediately fell in love with the area. If you are looking for malls, put-put golf, and a crazy night life, this place is not for you. It is quiet, peaceful and full of wildlife. Bring a good book and take the edge off. But that being said, if you need to connect to the internet occasionally to make a living-we have that, too!

What makes this townhome unique

Nothing is more beautiful than lying in bed watching the full moon cast shadows over the water. It is magical.

Great location, spacious and clean.

Loved our first trip to Cape San Blas. The owner, Ruth, was very attentive and helpful as we were arriving at the end of a tropical storm. Family oriented property. Easy access to beach. State park and bay access 5 minutes away.

Outstanding Family Vacation

Moon Shadow was everything that we expected and more. The home is nicely decorated and has all of the comforts of home. We did not cook but if we had the kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. We included our son and his family on this vacation for our granddaughters first trip to the beach. She is 3 1/2. The home was perfectly located close to the pool and the beach. The beach wagon and accessories along with the pool toys were a nice touch, allowing us to travel a little lighter . The Seacliffs property was safe and well maintained. We enjoyed dining in the evenings in nearby Port St Joe. All of our meals were good. We also enjoyed a nice playground that was located by the boat launch and pier in downtown ST. Joe. Be sure to take a short hike on the nature trail at the entrance to the state park. It will take you to the bay where you can enjoy an up close view of marine life and nature. Bug spray is recommended for the hike. Ruth, our host, was very attentive both prior to our arrival and upon our arrival, providing handy information regarding the area and making sure all our needs and questions were answered. We recommend without reservation this property for a relaxing trip to the forgotten coast of Florida.

We absolutely loved our stay at Moon Shadow. We brought my older parents with us and they were able to make the very short walk to the pool and the BEACH! The inside AC was wonderful even at the very top level of the condo. We will be back soon!!! Ruth was also very helpful and accommodating!
