The kitchen is fully equipped for every chef's dream with all the essentials and high end appliances. There is a massive kitchen island with breakfast bar as well as a dining table to seat plenty, entertain, and enjoy a home cooked meal. Everything is BRAND NEW and professionally decorated! The first level has two king bedroom and full bath suites and an additional half bath. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa if you need the extra room. There is a covered balcony on the back of the home that overlooks the pool area.
The second level features the remaining 4 king bedroom and full bath suites, 1 bunk bed room, and an additional half bath. There are two covered balconies, one on the front of the home with gulf and bay views and one on the back of the home overlooking the pool area. From here access the outdoor spiral staircase which takes you up to the rooftop deck, which features breathtaking 360 degree panoramic views of both the gulf and bay.
When you are not at the beach enjoy your own private backyard oasis with heated pool, featuring a tiki hut, sun deck, waterslide and grotto. The outdoor pool area entertaining space also features plenty of seating and lounges, a grill outdoor bar and tv. And use the outdoor shower to clean off those sandy feet!
There is a sprawling 3 car garage on the ground floor equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table, and beach cart ready to go with beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. Or use the space to park cars, golf carts, or even an RV or boat. You can additionally park 2 more cars in the driveway. There is also a shared boat dock less than 200 feet away at the end of the street for easy access to your boat if you prefer to get around via water. No overnight parking of boat is allowed at dock.

All of our homes come equipped with central air-conditioning, heat, cable television, and wireless internet (wifi). All homes are stocked at the beginning of your stay with kitchenware, flatware, glassware, silverware, linens, towels, and beach towels per occupancy. A 'Starter Set' is provided for your convenience which includes 2 garbage bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 1 paper towel roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, small hand soaps, & small dish soap. Daily housekeeping is not included.
