Twin villa of 180 m2 very bright with great view of the sunset from the porch of the main facade.

Located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown and the famous beach Sanxenxo Silgar, 8 minutes from the beach Launched (one of the most beautiful Rias Baixas), 2 minutes of hypermarkets and motorway access Salnés leading to O Grove and La Toja Island with its famous casino and spa. In the other direction leads to Cambados, in the heart of Salnés, where most of Albariño wine cellars, Santiago de Compostela is located, etc.

It has a private garden of 120 m2 very carefully, Dining area with teak table included and barbecue for 8 people.

Located in an exclusive street for urbanization, in a very quiet area with communal pool and playground.

The house is fully equipped with everything needed to live all year:

Kitchen with all stainless appliances including oven and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker bosch, Italian coffee maker, etc.

Estuvimos una semana con toda la familia en esta casa. La casa es espectacular !!!! tal y como se ve en las fotos. tuvimos suerte con el tiempo y pudimos disfrutar del jardín y del porche todos los días. Esta al lado de Sanxenxo, pero con la tranquilidad que te ofrece el estar un poco alejado. El dueño muy amable nos explico todo lo que le pedimos y nos dio todo tipo de facilidades. Con piscina en la urbanización para cuando llegábamos. Recomendable 100 %, nosotros desde luego si volvemos para allí repetiremos.

Aunque en principio nos parecia un poco lejos de la playa, al final fue un acierto. La casa es muy tranquila y desde alli se llega todas partes en pocos minutos, sin tener que enfrentarse a los atascos y el trafico de San Senxo. Una localizacion perefecta para disfrutar de toda la zona.

La casa es muy comoda con todo lo necesario y es limpia y bien amueblada. Fue un acierto.

Hemos pasado la 2ª quincena de Agosto en esta casa y ha sido una estancia estupenda. La casa es una gozada, para una familia de 5 como nosotros es inmejorable, tiene de todo y el propietario es muy atento, aunque no está en el propio Sanxenso, se llega al centro en coche en 5 minutos y está muy bien ubicada para salir hacia las playas o cualquier otra excursión. Pablo nos recomendó 3 restaurantes cercanos y los 3 fueron una maravilla, calidad-precio, perfectos.
