This traditional Basque sheepfold, tastefully renovated, welcomes you on its privatized meadow of 7000 m2 with an exceptional view of the foothills of the Pyrenees. Many activities are possible from the sheepfold: walking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting ... The freestone walls, the oak frame, and its location in the heart of nature, provides you with a unique place of rest and relaxation, to recharge your batteries and discover the authentic Basque Country. Located just 1.5 km from the departmental road, the sheepfold is 5 km from the villages of Sare and Zugarramurdi. A 4x4 is recommended to access it by the stone track. The sheepfold 'Uxotegia' is a real little paradise for nature lovers!
Being connected to solar panels, self-generated electricity only connects low-power devices (pc, mobile ...). No dishwasher or washing machine therefore.
It is the price of an exceptional place far from everything :-)

Emplacement incroyable

Super vacances dans un endroit rare avec une vue époustouflante. Et les propriétaires sont serviables et très sympathiques.

Bergerie non entretenue dans cadre magnifique

descriptif correspondant à notre découverte, donc confort minimum, mais mauvaise surprise car le lieu n'avait pas été nettoyé (hormis salle d'eau et compter cuisine), 3 heures de ménage nécessaires, utilisation plancha quasi impossible, lieu humide car fermé les jours précédents, vue imprenable, très calme hormis le week end ( quads et ball trap), 4X4 nécessaire

Adventure inoubliable pour la familie. The place to be. Un bijou en pleine nature dans les montagnes du pays basque, calme absolu, vue incroyable sur la Rhune. Attention lit superposé pour 4 personnes. Xavi merci beaucoup pour les vacances formidable dans la bergerie.
