At the top of Morgan Hill, you are a 10 minute walk to Fort Worden or Historic Downtown. Five minute walk to Uptown Port Townsend.

On the bottom floor of our home is the newly renovated one-bedroom apartment which comfortably sleeps two adults having a queen-size bed with luxury linens. Enjoy a new kitchen that is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cookware. The living room has comfortable, cozy seating, dining table for 4, a wine bar and a Smart TV that includes Netflix, Amazon, YouTube TV and Hulu. The large bathroom has a washer/dryer for your convenience.

An outdoor area is provided with table and chairs--a great place for your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening.

Most likely you will be entertained by the "resident" deer that enjoy our neighborhood.

Wonderful place to stay!

we came to PT from Germany and felt really comfortable in the apartment. Nothing was missing. My husband is a wheelchair user and was able to move around the apartment without any effort. The apartment is well suited for wheelchair users. The hostess Teresa is very accommodating and attentive - everything was super prepared. We would love to come back!👍👍

Ideal location

New to us, this apartment is centrally located between Fort Worden access and uptown. We easily walked to both locations and downtown as well and avoided car use. The unit was the super clean. We will be back.

Comfy hideaway

Right away we felt at home in this clean and comfortable “apartment”! There was a sweet homey feel and very welcoming! We appreciated the bottle of wine and fresh breakfast muffins from a local bakery! A nice touch. We would easily return.

4 day get-a-way

In a word, PERFECT! The host greeted me from the deck of her home and has asked me how my drive was knowing I drove in from Federal Way. A very nice flow through the layout of the apartment. As you walk in, you walk through the kitchen where there is a bottle of wine and 2 muffins on the counter, then you go through the bedroom, which has access to a full bath with washer and dryer, and then into the living room/dining room, and again back into the kitchen. Your own private driveway & entrance. Everything you need in the kitchen for basic cooking and eating. Short walk to town with plenty of breweries and wine tasting. I brought apples to slice up and feed the deer which I saw every day. Lots of history nearby with Fort Worden, Fort Townsend, and also a Torpedo X-Ray tower. The price point was perfect. I will use this property again.

We moved from Texas to Port Townsend in 2008 to be near our first grandchild. We fell in love with the beautiful area with the majestic views of water and snow-capped mountains. Since moving here, hiking the many trails has become a passion. We love the quaintness of Port Townsend, a Victorian Seaport, with so much history.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property as we wanted to be walking distance to the main attractions of Port Townsend. We are a 10 minute walk to Fort Worden and to downtown. It is just a 5 minute walk to Uptown where you can find Aldrich's country grocery store, bakery, restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

Morgan Hill is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Any time of the day you will see people out walking and visiting. The deer enjoy this neighborhood too!
