Two bedroom two bathroom architect designed house overlooking the famous Marigot Bay - fully vaccinated guests only.

The best of both worlds; modern luxury, full air-conditioning, and stunning views with space to relax.

Full and private use of a small estate. No3 Seaview, has views overlooking both Marigot Bay and, to the West, uninterrupted spectacular clear views of the Caribbean Sea. The Guest House is available for guests to rent, and is situated next to our own holiday home which will never be is use when you are renting, so you will have the whole estate to yourselves during your stay. It comprises of 3 Sun Decks, 2 Balconies, Pool, Gardens and a Courtyard.

With a pool overlooking the bay, you’ll probably want to stay close by, but should you want to explore the island, Marigot is perfectly situated.

6 restaurants and the 5 star Marriott Zoetry resort within 5 minutes walk, evenings out are within easy reach.

Our House Manager, Cyrus, will look after your every need, arranging transfers, tours, boating trips and much more.

This is truly a unique property with unrivalled view and the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Wonderful

The views from the property and especially the terrace were wonderful - a lovely serene spot. The small swimming pool overlooking beautiful Marigot Bay was a highlight. The property itself was well maintained and very easy to be in. The only small drawbacks were the glitchy washing machine and maybe some of the glassware and utensils could do with updating. Cyrus and Laudiana were simply fantastic and helped to make the stay memorable. A car is strongly advised to get around as the property is pretty remote (but that is also part of its charm). All in all a really memorable stay.

Stunning Location

My partner and I stayed and at No3 for 10 days, we had an absolutely wonderful time. It is situated in the perfect location with stunning views all around. The local bars are approximately 10 minutes’ walk down the road however a rather steep climb on the way back. This is fine in the day time however I’d suggest getting a taxi back up at night. We were lucky enough to have made friends with a local bar man who charged half the price of the taxi’s at 10EC. The villa is brand new, and has been designed in such a way that it feels light and airy. The aircon works very well and there are also ceiling fans throughout. I found the bed ever so comfortable and the showers worked well. As mentioned by the previous guest, it was misleading not having the pool area leading off of our front room. We did have to take all our belongings and lock up every time we went around the back to spend time by the pool, it was however very private and again had incredible views over Marigot Bay. Natalie the house keeper is a lovely lady who cares very much that you have everything you need. Cyrus is also a nice guy who will offer you the best prices for airport transfers and day trips. The only negatives are more the attention to detail aspects. Being that the villa is so new there were a few areas snagging which we have no doubt will be addressed.

Recent Trip

I stayed in this home for my recent trip to Saint Lucia. The property is absolutely beautiful. It’s located in a quiet area with no neighbours in the front. You don’t even see or hear cars or people going by. It’s perfect for anyone looking to have a relaxing, quiet vacation. The back is where the real magic is. You have a breathtaking view of the Marigot Bay where you can watch the boats daily by. You can enjoy the pool also. Mark was a great host and communicated effectively. He responded in a timely fashion and ensured my stay was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely accommodation in a great location

Just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at this amazing location. Well equipped accommodation in a stunning position that would be hard to beat. Various seating and eating areas overlooking the wonderful bays. Cyrus the HouseManager is a true asset who makes your stay that extra special as well as on hand to sort out any queries or issues. Plenty of local places to eat and The Villa is easy walking distance both ways, though a taxi is welcomed on the return up the hill following a lovely selection of cuisine. Marigot Bay is centrally situated to visit Pigeon Island in the north, sulphuric springs, botanical gardens and chocolate making in the south as well as zip lining to the east! Our favourite beach was at Ti Kaye where you pay $10 to visit but you get this credited in their superb restaurant, though the $2 ferry to the local beach gives you the chance to sample rum and coconut from its shell and meet Santa selling his fruit from a paddle board!!! A quick bite from Chef Caroline’s green caravan opposite Roots 2 is a must!!! A real holiday experience not to be missed!!!!

We have two young children who enjoy splashing around in the pool and taking trips to the beach, volcano, rain forest and water falls; not to mention the Segway and quadbike experiences.

Marigot Bay is the perfect spot to relax, and ideally positioned to explore the rest of this stunning and unspoilt island.
