Experience the charm of Old Town in this remodeled home, boasting the premier location in Park City, walking distance from four-star dining, world-class shopping and the Sundance Film Festival. The Free Main Street Trolley, a short walk from the front door, can take you up and down Main Street or the Town Lift and Transit Center where you can catch a bus to travel anywhere you like in Park City for free. At this location, you can do without a car, but there are two reserved parking spots out front. Flat screen TV's, WIFI, washer/dryer, satellite television and our DVD library are just some of the amenities our home offers.

Our home offers inspiring mountain views through huge bay windows, where moose sightings are not uncommon. You can relax in our spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace under 24-foot ceilings. The deck looks out onto unobstructed mountain views where you can wind down in our steaming hot tub under starry, snow flecked nights. With 3 bedrooms and three full baths, you can easily sleep eight. Dine in using our recently remodeled kitchen and comfortable dining area or stroll down Main Street to Grappa, Shabu, a steak at Butcher's or a frosty mug of Polygamy Porter at the Wasatch Brewery all steps from your door.

For our hardcore skiers our prime location nestles you in between Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort in historic Park City. This is truly the ultimate Park City experience. Enjoy!

Great Park City Location!

We stayed at this house over Super Bowl weekend and were extremely satisfied with the location and amenities! Jeff was very good to work with as he was prompt and always available for questions. The location is great as you are able to walk to Main Street in less than 5 minutes! All in all, I would highly recommend this rental!

Perfect Spot

We had 4 people in for work at the Sundance Film Festival and this house was perfect. It had everything we needed and was a convenient 10-minute walk to Main Street. The hot tub was a great bonus at the end of a long work day (or ski day if you can squeeze it in).

Beautiful Views

Our extended family of 6 adults and two children stayed for a long President's Week-end. Very comfortable space and furnishings. The condo is in good condition but not pristine... missing light bulbs, loose electrical outlets, loose vanity knobs. The high ceilings give you a beautiful view of the snow and trees. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and the well equipped kitchen with spices, all the necessities. It is a great location for quiet and the restaurants on historical main street. Not the most convenient location for skiers. Had to walk a bit to take a trolley and bus to Park City mountain. We relied on Uber for many trips.

Great stay on Daly street

Great location, well-stocked, clean home

The home was exactly what we expected from the listing, and it ended up being the perfect place to stay during our ski trip. The place is comfortable, clean, and stocked with the little amenities that bump it to the next level--firewood, spices in the kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of towels for the baths and hot tub, and soap and shampoo for the showers.

Great location that is walking distance to all the restaurants and even the town lift.

Jeff was great, and we would stay at one of his properties next time we visit.

We stayed there for our annual ski trip (4-9 Mar 14), and enjoyed it very much. Our group consisted of 4 adult males, so there were enough beds to go around. If your ski group is like ours and requires a bed for each person, then you know how difficult it is to find a place to fit the bill. There is a 5th bed in the loft, but it is not much use to an adult being it is hard to get too. The couch is plenty big enough, so if anyone else would've been there, the couch would've been a better choice for the night. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the hot tub came in handy after some hard days on the slopes. And there is plenty of room throughout the unit to spread out in. We didn't take advantage of the proximity of the bars and restaurants on Main Street to walk since we were wore out from skiing, but if you were up to it the option is there. We'd stay there again. Nice place.
